USB is great for thumdrives

Using it on an older TV allows the use of drives. it is an alternative to a new TV if the old TV apps are OLD, such as Dove channel, Pureflix, etc..

I was worried about the streaming quality since my router is two floors below put the picture quality is still great. I love that this remote also controls the tv so I can use a single remote.

Wired connection much more reliable

I have good signal where the TV is located however we still experienced dropouts. Have not lost signal once since installing this model.

Roku - Ultra 4K

The Roku Ultra is the way to go. It will connect to your 5ghz network and has never lost connection since installed. For the price you will love it.

Amazing device!

Also one of the few devices that supports DC universe (the streaming service). Highly recommend if you want a one stop shop for all the streaming services and responsive UI.

I bought this player because I wanted the fastest, smoothest streaming experience since I cut DirecTV. This bangs. It's fast and the UI is as easy as ever.

Also, there's no way to turn off the media player. The power button just turns off the synced TV. The player thus gets very warm even when nothing is opened.

Great Roku

I had the streaming stick but the remote never worked properly. The ultra was on sale for 50% off so I bought it and it's been great. I like the fact I will not have to upgrade when we get a 4k TV.
