Installed this Roku as soon as we returned to the house, and set it up in the family room. The installation process was quick and easy as stated in the instructions. The speed is super fast with no delays or buffering.

Bought 2 of these to add to the other 4 I already have. I'm a big fan of the Roku interface so I have these on all my Smart TV's. Easy to use interactive. Non Proprietary allows for all apps unlike some other products out there.

The Roku Ultra has been a better experience than I could've ever imagined. Super easy set up, and the interface is very simple to navigate; picture quality is good too. definitely recommend getting the Roku Ultra.

I finally cut the cord and with the assistance of two BB employees, I purchased this Roku. It has a very easy interface and I set it up in 10 minutes. I like the remote because it had volume control and speak to search.

I have used the Roku sticks in the past with favorable results. Some versions were faster etc. The Ultra far exceeds the sticks with performance and speed. Also the headphone attachment on the remote is a nice added feature.

Great device. Set up was a breeze. The 4k is an added plus and this is a great device for those thinking about cord cutting. I will be getting another device for the TV in my gameroom. I would highly recommend this device.

I didn't give it an excellent 5 star rating because it should come with more equipment and more directions on the capability. like a HDMI cable and a SD card and how you use your smartphone with it. be a little more in depth on the function. One thing I wish it would be capable of is chromecasting The setup was fine the performance is very good I would recommend getting this product

I love Roku. After purchasing an OLED tv I decided to upgrade to this Roku. An added bonus is that there is a headphone connection on the remote so my tv volume won’t disturb anyone. And JBL earbuds are included.

Got this to replace a lower tier Roku. The remote controls volume and TV power so I usually only need one remote. The headphone jack on the remote has been much handier than I expected. Great for times when someone is on the phone and won't leave the room or if someone is working and you don't want to disturb them. Still have occasional issues with Hulu.

I owed the older Roku version. While that worked well enough, this newer one is definitely faster. The remote control is easier to use as well with a new button configuration. It's all over more user friendly.

My Mother in law was always amazed and jealous by our Roku system. She was hesitant to use one herself. We got her one, showed her how easy it was to set up, and how easy it is to maneuver around the apps. She loves it

Great way to update an older HDTV to a Smart Streamer. It has personal listening head phones to boot. It is the only way to get a Roku streamer and control it with a third-party Learning/IR remote control.

I've been using an AppleTV for two years, and was really concerned on how my other half would handle switch UIs. I really wanted 4K + HDR support, but couldn't stomach paying Apple's prices for it. The Roku Ultra was on sale for $50 during Black Friday, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Glad I did. This thing is responsive, has every channel I want (looking at you Youtube), and the controller is just fantastic. Also, it doesn't freeze up/crash randomly like my AppleTV does. On the negative side, the UI is ugly - as if they tried to mash an early 2000s resolution and color scheme onto a 4k screen. Also some apps that do sub-1080p resolution (like Daily Burn) look highly pixelated on upscaled 4K displays compared to how they looked on the non-4K AppleTV.

Our home theater installer recommended the Roku even though we purchased a smart TV at the same time. He told us rhe Roku was faster and better for streaming, we agree. The price is low and the performance is high.

I needed a new Roku with 4k and I wanted one I could connect with cables. This was on sale for half off so I couldn't pass it up. It's much faster that previous models and works great. I should have it for many years.

We love this so much better than Apple TV. I personally love the fact that the wife can put headphones in her ears when I’m trying to sleep so I am not disturbed. Easy to use. Screen saver is pretty cool as well

So far so good! We like the ROKU better than Fire TV. It's a little faster and much more user friendly. Love how it also controls TV power and volume, remote finder feature, and you can get apps like YouTube TV

Easy to set up. Very fast in terms of processing information. Every few years I get a more powerful Roku. This one is the best. They keep getting better! This is my preferred device over the competition.

I have been a big fan of roku since I bought a roku 3 years ago & It still works great. I bought this ultra device to learn and test before gifting. I love it so much I kept it and will get another to gift! it is the only device anyone should consider. forget sticks you get what you pay for. sticks aren't roku ultra. if your going to spend the money to "invest" in a media streamer don't cut corners get the ultra and while your at it invest in best buys 2 year replacement plan. together they are a worthwhile investment. remember accidents are never planned and anything can happen during the two years your covered. clearly I speak from experience. piece of mind is knowing that when life happens replacing is very easy with the purchased plan.

We bought this for our room. That way my husband could watch TV while I slept. The headphones work great and the remote even turns on our TV after it was paired. I definitely want another!!
