This is my third roku this has all the bells and whistles. It has the ear buds and the jack. The remote also works with my roku tv. Ethernet cable plugs into the back of it,you won't be disappointed with it at all.

Roku has a large selection of channels to subscribe or watch for free. The device performance is excellent. It's extremely easy to use. It works with universal remote. I'm pretty happy with the purchase.

So far so good, only bought and installed it few weeks ago. It's very easy to use, gives us all the channels we need and we really like the headphones option. Saved us ton of money since we cut cable.

I always used Amazon Fire products, but decided to give Roku a try. The interface is pretty intuitive, it paired with my tv super easy so I can control it with one remote and there’s a lot of 4K content for free.

I picked up the Roku Ultra when my previous Roku decided it was time to die. I'm very happy with the Ultra. Picture quality is great and as always with Roku, it's easy to setup and there are tons of channels.

This is our 4th Roku over the past few years. All of them are still working. We just needed 4k HDR w/60 FPS with our new 4k tv. It was well worth it! Roku is very easy to use and I love the new remote- it works very well and I loving using the app to send videos/photos/music that's on my iPhone to the Roku. Its great. I like Roku much better than AppleTV. This one is fast and doesn't bat an eye when it comes to processing. Some people may have complained about certain things with this Roku, but I feel they have AT&T internet that's slow. We have Comcast high speed broadband. The remote has a find me feature and if you set it up near the internet modem, you can connect it instead of wifi and have the dedicated connection.

This was purchased to cancel cable service. It works fine, and is easy to install, but for those used to simply grabbing the remote and going to a channel desired, it does take a learning curve and seems to have clunky multiple steps that make it frustrating at first. Plus the multiple additional subscriptions are a pain, and you have to enter in your information for each TV. But saved 55% over cable with 3 TV's in the end and after a week or so the remote becomes more intuitive.

I tried 2 other versions of Roku prior to trying this ultra 4k device and the streaming quality is far superior. The Roku device and remote are simple and easy to use, even for the not so tech savvy.

This was very easy to setup. Picture quality is better than we had with our cable box. The cable company app is a little slow loading but overall, Roku is a better investment than the monthly cable charge.

I chose this model because my router is in my office upstairs and this was going in my bedroom downstairs at the other end of the house. I have no problems with my signal strength and the picture quality is excellent. I had one of the first generation roku models before and I can definitely tell the difference in picture quality. I’m not loyal to any particular brand. I have an Apple TV in my great room, but went with the roku in the bedroom because you can get the spectrum app on roku and watch everything without having to pay for another cable box. This and the Apple TV are like comparing apples to apples... just get the one that fits your taste buds. All in all it’s very good and for the price... it’s a no brainer

Found this on a black friday sale. This works like a charm. Visually great, great internet connection, remote is easy to use, headphones in remote is perfect for listening at night when people are sleeping.

This replaced my old XS and what an upgrade. Faster, nice remote addition of TV power/volume and voice commands. The JBL headphones are nice, but the audio connection can be glitchy. This is our 9th Roku.

I bought the Roku as a gift for my husband to replace the Roku stick we already had. He loves it and really appreciates the added functions on the remote and the ability to use headphones with the remote

I have had different Roku's but the Ultra 4k is the best. The picture is perfect. The app store has a lot to offer. The headphones that plug in the remote are one of the best features.

Being we have Xfinity as our cable they have an app for the various Roku devices and they work great together and we have more options verses using the small required cable boxes per TV through the house. We use these instead and save on our monthly cable bill and it allows us to do allot more per TV. Extremely easy fast set up and we even have one on a separate TV that is not connected to our cable and via the net you get almost all the same things anyway. Being we have 5 of these we also have a high capacity router and such providing allot of bandwidth to make sure with 5 rokus, 5 computers, 2 cell phones and 2 iPads we can run it all. try it, if its not for you just return it.

Does exactly what it was made to do and it does it better than the rest. The interface is easy to navigate and it streams faster than my other devices; faster than my Tivo, xbox, and my tv.

This version is the best and the fastest Roku player I have ever had. The option for the earphones is the reason why I bought it because I want to be able to watch TV when everyone else is asleep.

I recently upgraded my old Roku (from 5+ years ago) with this new one. It is so much faster than the old one! The interface is pretty much the same, but the speed is amazing. So happy I upgraded.

Works perfectly, easy setup and easy to use. The feature to plugin IEMs is great, especially when you don't want to take the spouse. A must have device for those that like to watch streamed content.
