Offers freedom from equipment and cables and allows tv placement anywhere. Great variety of apps and free tv and no taxes on channels that people dont watch. I have gegabyte internet but machine still occasionally reboots, dont know if it is verizon or machine. Overall very reliable and user friendly

Just perfect. The system does exactly what is expected. I replaced a Roku stick which was completely worthless because it was so slow and froze up a lot

I purchased specifically to use the Spectrum app to replace paying for a cable box. It works great. The channel changing is a little slow, but it is a minor issue.

We had been Dish TV customers for 19 years and needed a technician to reposition our dish on the roof. The earliest they could schedule one was 3 weeks. So we looked at the options. We feel Roku was our best choice. I wish the remote had a mute button. Otherwise it does what we want.

We purchased this to stream Hulu through our 4k TV. We love the Roku and its streaming abilities. We now watch Netflix, Hulu and Amazon TV though the device.

Bought this because of all the “politics” going on between amazon, apple and google. The Roku kind of gives the best of all worlds because you can watch basically any type of streaming media and a solid device. This one’s a little bigger than I’d assumed, but nothing unruly and works pretty solidly

plug and play basically. should include HDMI cable. I can't understand why they don't just supply one with the unit considering its the only way to hook it up.

We bought the Roku unit so we could get rid of Buckeye Cable which just got way to expensive. The prices were raised every month it seemed. Now they are gone.

I bought this to replace my aging HTPC setup. It streams all my Plex movies, including the 4k ones. Pandora, Spotify, Comcast Xfinity Stream all work really well.

The Ultra line of Roku devices is the pinnacle. It has everything. The remote is solid, the device is solid and the JBL headphones are great. Highly recommended.

We have three different Roku devices. All are good, but the features for the Ultra make it worth the extra money. The headphone feature alone makes it worthwhile

My husband lives this box he wants to get one for all the rooms. We love the volume control on it so we dont need to have w remotes near us

Very responsive and high quality like other roku devices but the earphone option is fantastic. It's come in handy several times already in a full house

I used this to drop cable tv and so far it has worked perfectly. I went with this model (Roku 4K ultra) so I could wire direct and not use wifi. I also picked up a second device, Roku 4K stick to use on second tv. Very happy with both products to date. Both were easy to set up.

This was a great Roku to get - I purchased it based on the reviews because I do not know much about streaming TV. Easy to navigate. I would recommend.

We purchased two of these Roku units, and purchased Hulu as a wonderful alternative to decreasing our needs for expensive cable. They have been very reliable.

Works great with Samsung 7100 series tv. There are some settings on Samsung tv hdmi port to enable in the external manager menu to enhance the 4K hdr.

I purchased this when I cut the cord from my satellite dish. I have been very happy with all the shows and movies I can watch using it.
