This replaced my 4 year old Roku 3 which died. The picture is an improvement over the old box and loads faster. It does not over heat and upscales my 11 gb internet with the Rocketfish 4k cable.

This was my first Roku device. Hooked it up and went from there. I already had Hulu, Netflix & YouTube Red so connecting my accounts took all of 5 minutes each with stress free streaming the last 2 months. I've used the private listening feature both ways, headphones connected to the remote and through my cell phone problem free. Just know that listening with headphones through the remote really drains the batteries but it wasn't unexpected. There are 2 reasons why I can't give this a 5 star rating. First is because the included headphones aren't comfortable for me so I trashed them. There should be a way to buy this set without headphones. Second, two of the four app buttons that come on the remote are useless to me. I use the Netflix and Hulu buttons on a daily basis but the Sling (don't care enough to try out the free trial included) & CBS all access buttons are a waste. Users should be able to choose what apps to set for the buttons.

I had an older version stick and I could not load Direct TV Now on it. With this everything loads and is extremely fast and I Love the remote. Only thing I would ask for is a Mute button on it.

Purchased for the remote with headphone plug in. Batteries only last about a week of several hours watching a day. But I don't have to turn the tv up to hear it and disturb others in the house.

Bought this to replace a very old roku as that was very slow on many apps. The processor speed is significantly faster, everything works great now with no lags. Was also extremely easy to setup.

Easy setup, streams as expected. I have Amazon Fire TV’s and purchased the Roku to replace them. I like the headphone/quiet mode. Can watch TV without the sound while my spouse sleeps.

Roku products have always been the leader in streaming devices. It is easy to setup and just plain and simple to use. Supports just about all the Apps. TV Volume and Power on remote are nice.

This ROKU is fantastic. Simple set up and picture quality is excellent. You can even plug in headphones which are provided, to listen to the TV sound via your remote. This was a great buy.

Have had several Roku products and now the best and brightest they offer. It definitely works better than the old ones. I love the screen saver aquarium. The headphones are a nice addition.

Provides a far better picture than the apps on my TV, easy to use, and using the microphone for searches is very convenient.

Finally I'm able to cut the cable cord without sacrificing viewing quality. The Roku-Ultra was easy to set up and easy to operate. I'm happy with the programming on the free channel apps.

Roku offers one of the best experience and streaming movies TV shows and various apps. Very easy to set up and navigate a great option for cord cutters, I will give Roku (A)

Great remote and super easy to setup. Had a little trouble getting the TV controls paired and sometimes needs to be redone. But overall the best streaming device for the price.

I have had the Roku 3 substituting the smart TV function of all my smart tv sets. this is another enhancement in speed and it also offers 4k and the ability to find your remote easier.

It works great. The interface is so easy to use. I have almost all the same functions build into my Samsung TV but this is far superior. The Roku channel is amazing too! Good product.

The unit is fast and full of available apps. I love the earbuds that connect to the remote for private listening. The one problem is that the remote goes through batteries. They seem to only last for a week or so. I'm not sure if it's just my remote or if it is a problem I general.

we updated our roku and it is definitely an improvement . Better interface, faster, less waiting for something to buffer. The dual band wifi allows us to access our fiber network.

This is a GREAT streaming media player. I am not an Apple person. I love Roku. This is fast, responsive, 4K, great sound and a voice remote. What more could someone ask for?

This Roku device great HD or 4K UHD picture quality. Enjoy the option to hook up the JBL earphones to my Roku remote control. Changing channels or apps, the processing is fast.

I am so glad I bought this Roku Ultra 4K streaming player. I use this to watch Filipino programs on TFC channel app everyday and the videos are crispier and clearer than when I watch it on my local cable premium channel. I can also stream these TFC programs whenever I want it. I do not need to wait for my favorite TFC programs to be aired on cable TV and feel bombed when I miss it. I just go to the TFC app in my Roku and watch up to 3 previous episodes of my favorite TFC programs without paying extra if I have gotten a dvr service. I’m really loving this Roku and I definitely plan to buy more for the other TVs in the house.
