Voice command capability is disappointing

But it's not easy to use and takes too many commands to get to what you want. It's easier to just use the buttons, even with her disability. That' says a lot about how little use the voice commands actually are.

Does what it needs to, needs work

It sets up easy if you just want to hook it directly to your tv. I cant seem to figure out how to get it to work with my AVR that I have used with my cable provider for years, It shows the start up screen then goes blank??? There is no tech support provide from Roku, your on your own. its hard to find any info about it on the web either, So for now I'm connected to my tv and running audio back to my surround sound, not ideal in my book. The guide is terrible the remote is awful, no jump (back or last channel button)no channel numbers , the way it is set up isn't intuitive it takes a while to learn. the only plus is that with a good streaming service using this you can get most everything you had on cable for a fraction of the cost... you just have to deal with the PITA operating system of the ROKU
