The Roku Ultra gives you a lot of bang for the buck. My streaming channels come in perfectly and the picture and sound qualities are excellent. I do wish that Roku would make it easier to find private channels but you can Google them. If you have problems with your ear buds or headphones draining the batteries, rechargeables or dollar store batteries help. The weak link is the remote control but it has improved over previous models. It is still a solid buy.

I made the decision to cut the cord from the old hardwired services of the past and move into the future. I purchased the Roku for all my TV's after testing the streaming services on my Apple TV. Roku controller is very easy to handle. Love the ear buds jack on the side of the controller to make sure I am not disturbing the family members asleep. Roku has made it easy to not miss a beat from old style TV services to the future of streaming.

The Roku Ultra has been great for my family's TV needs. We finally decided to cut the cord this year. After much debate, buying the Roku has been a great move. I especially like the Ultra because it has a port so I can plug my router cable in; as opposed to using it wirelessly (like other Rokus). The interface lives up to its reputation; such a breeze to search shows as well as set up other apps for other channels (HBO, CBS, PBS, etc.) I highly recommend.

I purchased a Roku Ultra over the holidays. About 3 months later the sound started being very scattered. Thought it was the tv, then the HDMI. Turns out it was the device. Best Buy's return policy is 15 days and I was supposed to reach out to Roku directly. Which I did. But I thought I'd just see if I could exchange it. The girl allowed me to exchange it and I'm back in business. As for the product, it's great; especially with the headphone jack!

I bought the Roku Ultra 4K mainly to replace the Amazon FireStick because didn't support streaming YouTube TV, It was very easy to install and the resolution is extraordinary. I use the JBL headphones when I watch movies or listen to music late at night. I'm really very satisfy with my new Roku Ultra. It's an excellent adition to the cord cutting process.

Great device for those who aren't tech savvy. If you no someone that wants to stream but is not great with tech devices, then this is the device for them. The software automatically updates and self corrects. It has a remote that work from anywhere in the room, and it has a remote finder. It will work with any TV that has an HDMI connection. It has proven to be solid and reliable.

What are you waiting for get one now. Very nice streaming device easy set up. Great match with my 4k TV.

Made my Samsung JS9500 TV a whole lot smarter! This Roku is a breeze to operate and it runs lag-free.

I had it with rhe rising rates and game playing with the cable company so we decided to cut the cable. After a lot of research I decided Roku was the device for me. Works great and there are a lot of streaming apps to add on. I also received a free 30 says of different services. It always seems to be ready, no buffering. Very easy to get use to using. My wife is glad we made the switch. We'll be getting a couple more for our other TV'S.

Fire TV better picture than my older one. The JBL headphones are a nice addition to the 4K system.

The BestBuy Sales person was great with helping me choose which way to cut the cable. I tod them what I wanted to do and away I went. I saved over $60 a month with ROKU and Playstation Vue. I was not about to put up an antenna, been there, done that and danged if I am going to do it again. ROKU is super easy to setup but you need to have your smartphone or a PC to make it really easy to setup. EASY and love it. In fact, I now have 3

I'm not sure why we didn't get one of these sooner. We cut the cable cord a few years ago, but use services like Netflix and Hulu, since we get very few stations with our small antenna. The Roku offers a great way to access whatever services we are currently subscribed to in one place. I also like the fact that it will show you which service you can use to watch a particular show or movie and what the related cost is.
