Recently upgraded Roku to 4K. Unit exceeded my expectations. The unit plugs directly into internet so no WiFi streaming issues. Also menu is faster than previous roku stick I had. And I love the voice search option on remote as well as the tv volume controls on the side of remote and a headphone jack so you can watch tv while not making a sound. The added bonus was a pair of jbl earbuds nice!!

I love my roku as it is easy to use and gives the most astonishing picture quality.

Bought this new Roku to run on our living room TV. Have owned several Roku's over the years but not once of the high priced ones. This was worth the additional expense for the most used TV in the house. Hooked up just like all the rest. Works a lot faster than our older/less expensive ones. Very pleased with the purchase.

Great performance, very stable, flawless playback. I liked the first one so much I bought a second. Only complaint would be that you can't have the TV power button be a different code from the volume buttons. It's fine with the kitchen TV, but in the bedroom where there's a sound bar I chose to have the volume buttons do the sound bar and use a different remote to power the TV on.

On my previous Roku 2 I always had to have 2 remotes on hand and panic if the remote was misplaced. With this Roku the need for the extra remote to control the volume is no longer necessary . The remote control located is a great feature. My children are often loosing the remote and once we went 3 weeks without access to our Roku. The streaming is so much faster. Love it.

Works much better than system included in smart TV. Easy and enjoyable to use. Netflix, Hulu and Amazon apps for ruku are great.. Cool graphics that change based on season and holidays. Love that I can use my phone as a remote. I use my phone and my earbuds for sound when my wife fall asleep. I don't how is that technically possible but it is amazing.

Love the 4K availability. Love the headphone jack and the quick jump buttons.

This has replaced my PS3 as my main media player as I can play things off an external HDD in basically all video file formats (mp4, mkv, etc) and can use it for streaming apps such as Netflix. I like how I can control the volume and power of the tv with the roku remote instead of having to grab the tv remote.

I really love this Roku. I own several Fire Stick devices, but decided to get a Roku so that I could use the Spectrum App (this app not available with Fire stick) to view channels available from my cable provider. The Roku menu is easy to navigate through, and the remote is much better than the Fire Stick remote. I plan on buying more Roku devices for the rest of the Tv'S in the house.

This Roku Streaming Media Player helps with receiving TV signals. It improves the picture signal and aids the audio by making it more loud, the dynamics are better, and is more clear. The personnel at Best Buy helped with getting the best streaming device. Their knowledge is impressive, and their willingness to help is encouraging. A needed and useful device. Bill

I’ve got Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Amazon Firestick, and two different “smart” Blu-ray players, along with a smart tv, but my Roku is by far the best! I love the selection of apps, the easy to use features and settings, and the overall experience! My cousins love the games and selection of kids apps, but the movie and tv streaming ability is what truly sets this in our favorite!

The visual clarity that I experience from the Roku - Ultra 4K Streaming Media Player is amazing. Coupled with the ease of using the Voice remote makes this the best product that Roku has produced. The choice of streaming venues is better than Apple TV and the Amazon Fire Stick. Very easy to set up and manipulate. If you only need one streaming device, this is it.

Very easy to set up. I was a little disappointed in the free channels. Expected more options. Plan on paying a monthly fee for added options or setting up a Hulu account.

Lots of free stuff. Super fast. Earphone Jack on remote is genius!!

It has a fast processor, excellent remote and overall I’m very happy with it.
