Good features and really good remote. Picture is brilliant and easy to set up.

Purchased ROKU Ultra on recommendation of a friend, as a different option for TV viewing versus cable, dish or direct TV. Good product with many free options and access to paid services as well. Sometimes a little glitchy, video fast forwards spontaneously sometimes and difficult to correct. Not always simple to get back to viewing if watching on different devices. JBL earphones work well with the remote, but use up battery power, so have spare AA batteries available. Device continues to stream if plugged into power even if “power off” button is pushed, so suggest unplug device when not actually using it.

Needed to upgrade for a new 4K TV. The picture is fabulous. App selection is good. Remote works well. I don't use headphones through it due to static as noted in other reviews.

Works just as my Roku3 did. Decided to upgrade to add them around the house.

The new remote now controls tv and roku awesome and picture quality is great.

I was using a 2015 Roku stick which was too old for Xfinity streaming app. Was going to get another stick but saw this on Black Friday for just a few dollars more. I love it! Super easy set up and being able to plug my Bose headphones into the remote was the feature that sold me. I don't need a soundbar for the bedroom TV after all! Happy camper with some money left in my pocket.

The unit was very easy to setup. The picture quality on my 4K tv is awesome.

Fast and clear picture with quality sound, great value for the price

This is a great streaming box. Got mine during Black Friday so I paid a lot less than retail. Gives me no hiccups or stuttering. I mainly use it for directv now on my main TV. It runs at lot better than the fire stick that I was using before it. One thing I do dislike is that it really doesn't go into sleep mode. Screensavers come on but that doesn't actually put it to sleep.

I don't have cable, because it is not in the budget. Having this device is great, because I can wirelessly stream Netflix, HBO Now, Starz, Sling, and other apps from a different floor (router and modem) and enjoy great picture quality. Awesome remote that controls tv power and volume. I bought a 4K 32GB micro SD card to make sure there are no worries about app/game storage.

The Roku became necessary when changing cable providers which eliminated the necessity of a cable box with a smart tv. Set up was simple and provides access to many subscription channels (Netflix, Hulu). This unit provides for voice operation as well as use is headphones to provide the viewer the ability to watch a program without disturbing others in the area.

Finally decided to cut the cord with cable and go to streaming TV. The Roku sets up easy and the voice feature is actually kind of nice. One other feature with the Ultra is that you can plug headphones into the remote, which is nice if you are watching something and others are in the room doing something else. We also have an Air TV, but the Roku is easier to use.

This Roku is absolutely fantastic! I can get every channel I need. I have no streaming issues whatsoever. I can hook it up to the Internet with an ethernet cord since my mom is sensitive to the EMFs from WiFi. I have yet to have a problem with it, and this is the second one I've bought. I plan on buying a third as a gift for my parents!

This was the best decision we have made. I love having access to all my favorite apps on one device. Everything is so simple to set up and see. We will not be going back to satellite tv. Even paying subscriptions to Netflix, Sling, and Hulu along with our internet, we still have not peaked what we were paying in JUST satellite tv alone. (We had DirecTv)

I love all four Rokus I have. No need to watch cable TV anymore. Easy to install and even easier to use. For the price of a Roku, you can cancel cable TV. When I told Comcast why I was canceling, the rep told me he understood. It's like having a smart TV without having to buy a smart TV.

Easy set up, makes accessing you streaming apps easier, love the remote

This ROKU model was on sale for 49.99 each on Black Friday so I bought a few for the family including myself, this ROKU streaming device has everything I was looking for... Ethernet LAN for physical connection which I prefer over WIFI although you can use a WIFI signal if you like, it has a smoother interface than my previous ROKU and a USB port on the side of the unit.
