The set up was so easy, even for a 60+ adult with no tech skills.

Overall works great, simple setup, easy to use remote and menus, only complaint is the voice feature, I ask for any song and it takes me to Pandora. Even if I am in youtube and say XXX song on YouTube, it still takes me to Pandora everytime. If I get too specific then it does not "Understand" and tells you so, everytime, very frustrating. Maybe it is a setting I am unaware of or be improved with updates but it is annoying it cannot figure out to search the app I am on for the request or even understand the request. Otherwise, love Roku, it is awesome(C'ept the voice feature issue).

I've used Roku's since day one. As "cable cutters" We have a few of the sticks around the house, but we use this in the living room. It's powerful, so load times are quick. The remote is able to turn the tv off and on. And change the volume on our sound system. It's easier than using the Xbox one. Common apps we use are: Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, and Spotify.

Our family has been using Amazon Fire TVs and Fire Sticks for a couple of years now. We tried this Roku because of a great Black Friday deal and will not be going back to the Amazon streaming devices. The Roku runs so much faster, apps work better, and being able to listen to a show through the remote is a killer feature if someone is watching TV in bed.

Love streaming tv and all of the options and variety it affords. Easy to add applications (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, AT&T TV now, etc.. With great ease made it my main remote control so not having to flip between remote controls to enjoy watching television with this ROKU top of the line media player.

This Roku is amazing and the quality of the picture it displays on the TV is awesome. I also love the app that you can use it as a remote. The only critique I have on this one is that the batteries seem to die pretty quickly in the remote. I’ve had this for over a year and it’s still working like a charm.

For anyone who wants to "cut the cord" from the big network media suppliers have no reservations or hesitations. We kept our satellite provider while we set the Roku up and got accustomed to the new remote and schedules. The setup took a couple of hours but I am a child of the fifties. Within three days we happily called and canceled the dish!

Great device, streams great, set up easy, user friendly menu

I have an LG C8 OLED smart tv. The built in apps for Netflix etc work fine however I prefer the roku to cinnect to my theater receiver. I like having one input source ( roku) instead of outputting digital audio from my t.v. to the receiver. Plus the roku is fast and you can add many more media channels than the LG tv offers.
