Like that this unit can use ethernet in addition to wifi, have a couple of other sticks that just use wifi and they're slower to start, but fine after that. This unit's remote is more solid and can take headphones, which is nice. Setup was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend for streaming.

I have a Roku 3 and 2 Roku ultra's as well as an old and new firestick. i selected the ultra for the hardwired ethernet port option and the earphone jack off of the remote. The new firestick interface is annoying as it keeps starting with my amazon prime account and not an overall selection of my streaming channels.

Bought for the non-smart tvs in house and for travel. Activation was a problem until I figured out that I needed to create a Roku account first, then disconnect, re-enter my account and then actually submit the activation code. Worked better than following the procedure as printed. Units all work but I do need to use them a little bit more to get comfortable with operating practices. I do NOT like the requirement to leave a credit card on file to activate the units as I have no plan to actually make any purchases thru Roku with this device. Have not noticed much 4K content available so most viewing will be 1080p.

Was considering an Apple TV HD but this Roku unit is much less expensive with good build quality. Connection to WiFi no issue. Could download Spectrum app which resulted in being able to return cable box and avoid monthly rental fees. No complaints on picture quality or streaming.

I bought the Roku to streamline my cable options and save some money by streaming content. The Roku was very easy to install and works flawlessly. I am very impressed with the remote which allows me to use one device to control the Roku, me TV and has a headphone/buds connection for private viewing.

I actually have two of these exact models now. Made the decision to put Roku devices on all of my TV's (five in all) in the house. The ultra model is the best and I love the voice remote and the included headphones which mute sound to the TV. You do, however, need to provide your own HDMI cable to connect this model.

After reviewing all the other models I felt this one was the best choice for us. It is a replacement for one of the first models which is still going strong but I wanted to put it with the bedroom tv. This new Roku seems to have made the picture on our tv even better even though it already has a great picture.

With a slight hiccup where I had to unplug/re-plug power during initial setup, everything was easy to setup. Setup mu account first through a PC to simplify. Like having ethernet or wireless options, plus headphone port on remote. Note: would not call the free JBL earbuds "premium". Just ok sound in them.

Loved it right out of the box! I cut the cord a few years back and was using free HULU, Netflix, and Firestick Kodi apps streamed directly to my TV...... But then the benefits of YoutubeTV drove me to find a box that could stream that and more. ROKU is the best and allows great customization of the Apps you want.

Ive used Rokus and Amazon streaming sticks and Cubes. Rokus are by far the winner. This is very quick, with very fast response times. The menu and interface are simple and intuitive, and the roku channel is awesome. Its free and keeps adding more and more content.

I own 2 Roku Ultras and 2 Roku Express devices. Hands down Roku Ultra is better device due to clearer picture and micro sd card expansion capability. Great picture and sound quality as long there is a reliable internet connection. It is a little bit pricier at $90, but definitely worth the upgrade.

I love Roku devices. I have them in every room. I purchased this one for my living room because it’s the faster model and includes a Ethernet port. I like the port because it’s faster and I wired my house up. I also like that the remote includes a headphone port.

The Roku handles APV, Netflix, YouTube with excellent 4K HDR pictures when available. I haven't tried anything else yet. I have a UHD player that streams those three, but I was having stuttering on APV and strange picture artificats on Netflix. The Roku handled the streams without those issues.

I've heard about the Roku. When it went on sale, I decided to get one and try it out. I figured we could stream Netflix and Amazon Prime video. I didn't realize how many "channels" can be added to this. Plenty of free channels. Pluto TV has become a favorite of ours. We are loving our Roku.

This is a really a good product. It can be used for 4K channels. Its compact and easy to use with remote. The JBL headphones are bonus.

The Roku Ultra 4K is a quality device for streaming. This unit was probably overkill for me since I found I don't really use the headphones, but I really don't think you can go wrong especially when you purchase it on sale.

I became a ROKU owner a few years ago, initially so that I could subscribe to “The Blaze” and to “Levin TV”, which Apple TV would not offer. Since that time, I have purchased 3 other ROKUs plus a Sony TV which is a ROKU TV. Love these devices, their ease of use, and this last purchase is the best one yet!

It's a very simple to set up and very easy to use device. It's fully active, from on/off, volume control to venue access. I'm far from a technophile but this was something I was able to set up with few questions. It's superior to the other Roku's I have. But this is the perfect one to begin with.

I had a Roku stick that just stopped working and decided to replace it with this instead of another stick. I'm really glad i did. When I did this, I also added an HDMI connection straight to my modem/router. Now my TV streams better than a cable box and it is so reliable! Highly recommend.

I love my Ultra! I have all of the streaming boxes, including the Apple TV 4K and the Shield. This beats them all. It’s simple and fast, has all the best apps, has excellent WiFi range, and a USB port so I can watch my own movie files, VERY important to me. It runs like a trooper as well. I love it!
