Picture quality improvement over our old Roku, definitely worth the upgrade! Plenty of downloadable channel options, and menus are customizable & easy to use. We use it for our Sling subscription which has also been fantastic; saves us $100+ a month on cable charges. Would buy again!

I have a Roku TV that impressed me with the Roku environment and when I had a chance to get this, I fought the Black Friday crowds. The setup was very easy and was able to sync with the Roku TV. I just wish this would have come with an HDMI cable, since their sticks can plug directly into a HDMI port.

I kind of like the Apple TV interface a little bit better. The layout and scrolling app choices on the Roku aren't as well done in my opinion. It has performed flawlessly though at a great price and lots of app choices (but have to admit, so many of them are kind of junk), One complaint is that I can't get the remote to turn my TV on, only off. I highly suspect that is user error or maybe it just will never work with my 2012 Panasonic, but the menu setup seems to indicate it should be working, but it doesn't.

I bought this to work with my TABLO and it works flawlessly. Great one board buffering, so we don't see any slow down or waiting to load screens. Really good with other programs we have as well, and the remote paired with out televisions. I like the volumn control on the remote and the voice commands.

We bought the Roku Ultra 4k to use in our theater room with our 4k projector. It is amazing! There are so many different channels and features that come with the Roku. The interface is so easy to use. We also own a Fire TV stick and a Chromecast, but the Roku is the best of the three.

The unit works well. It does what it says. The picture and sound are great. The only issue is with the remote. The remote and my father's TV (Samsung) don't like each other. When trying to power on the TV with the remote, it gets stuck ( Samsung TV). PS The Roku was a Christmas gift for my dad.

I got this for a guest bedroom TV that didn't have a cable box and was not able to get channels over the air. Easy to install and it produces a great picture. Now I have a bunch of channels including HBO, Showtime and Netflix where before I had nothing. The remote is also voice activated.

Wasn't sure what to expect as I am just beginning to cut the cable and go with streaming entertainment. I was recommended this device by one of the Best Buy salespeople and I am extremely pleased with the results. Easy to Install and set up, easy to use, and reliable. Highly recommend this product.

This is my 3rd roku! I love the 4k and remote on this one! Remote can control tv and my sound bar...makes it a few remote less!

Excellent devise and easy to use. I can download just about any app. including Spectrum. When Roku comes out with a newer devise in the future, I will also buy that as well. Love how it upscale HDR and HDR+

"Cut the cord" as they say and outfitted my tv's with a variety of rokus. This one went to my main tv. Have had 0 issues with it. Has all the tv apps I need and flawless internet connection via both wireless and ethernet. The headphones on the remote is a really nice feature.

Very easy to use. A lot of options. The included headphones are a bonus. Solid remote. Better than fire stick remote.

Upgraded from a Roku 2 that I'd had for years and the Ultra is a great evolution in the product. I like the power cable and physical design better than on the previous models. Performance is quick and have had no problems with it thus far. I prefer it over the onboard smart TV functionality.

Compared to firetv, Apple TV, or chromecast, Roku has the easiest interface to browse and consume media. Ok voice interface not as refined as Siri or Alexa. Great selection of media apps with the ability to load custom channels and great support from Roku. Built in Ethernet port is also a plus.

After years of frustration with other streaming devices that would fail repeatedly, this Roku is a dream come true. It is easy to operate and seamlessly provides your content. A welcome bonus are the headphones which my wife willingly accepted for watching t.v. when I'm trying to sleep.

I bought this for access to the Spectrum app. I have several Amazon Fire devices but the Spectrum app is not available for that platform. I recently bought a TV with Roku built in and everything worked well. So Amazon will probably be out soon and Roku will take its place for more flexibility.

Bought the Roku Stick, 3 to be exact, and had issues with them overheating on all 3 TVs. Did some investigating and found that most people preferred the Ultra. Returned the sticks and bought the Ultras, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! No heat issues, and with using a micro sd card in the unit, the channels load much quicker. We had Hulu on our TV and would notice minor lag/glitches. Hooked the Ultra up and went through that and no more lag. I gave this 4 stars because the controller is still pretty cheap.

Roku is the way to go with any of the new online TV choices i.e. YouTube TV, Sling etc. Easy to set up and use and has some nice features like the ability to plug in earphones to listen without disturbing anybody else. Will def. be purchasing three more for the other sets in the hours.

I bought this for my father in law and he loves it!!! The voice commands make it so much easier to operate, plus being able to use headphones makes it an outstanding solution for people who are hard of hearing or who just want to have privacy or be quiet at night and watch their shows, etc.

I've used Roku products in the past, and was until recently using the apps on my new Samsung TV. I found that these kept getting stuck on a loop or freezing, and they don't be to be updated as quickly as they are for Roku. So far this meets my already high expectations from Roku.
