Got the Roku Ultra 4K on Black Friday at great price, have since added YouTube TV, works very well (even though I've got an older "Pre 4K" Samsung), easy and quick setup. Getting ready to cut the cord and ditch cable, as this new setup is far cheaper every month.

My new Roku-Ultra 4K Streaming Player works much better then I thought. Very easy to get use to. After many years of of cable tv we have cut the cable and are now saving a bundle of $ monthly! Still able to watch all the shows and movies want too.

4k Ultra HD and has an amazing remote that allows me to use it as a headphone jack for silent viewings.

We have had several fire sticks and they take so long to boot and load. We purchased this for our son’s room and it’s user friendly and seems to process much faster. Apps are also more reliable on this - extra bonus : there’s a remote locator button!

Being able to remotely listen to the audio through the remote, or multiple simultaneous listeners using the iPhone app... is priceless. I find Roku has such a clean interface, I just wish the AI was as good as Siri, but hey, that's a different price point.

Initially had the roku stock which would overheat within no time. This device worked much much better. No issues with overheating. Very easy to maneuver. For folks who stream TV. It’s a superb option. Has HULU, Netflix, sling tv etc. would recommend.

Definitely worth the upgrade. We recently cut cable and need to beef up our streaming services. This has some issues with freezing and restarting but no more than once every few weeks. The restart is quick and we haven’t had any other issues.

I loved the Roku built into a TV I own, the box itself is even better. So many free channels, a polished interface, real 4K video, and it responds faster than the competition I've tried. Android TV is catching up, Apple TV is OK, but Roku still rules overall.

Upgrade from older Roku model. Easy install - much smaller unit size than previous model. Sure would like to see a more robust remote control unit, but earbud connector on remote (plus volume control of the earbuds) can be quite useful for night time viewing.

Nothing better for viewing 4K on your new tv. Seeing as this is the only model that has an Ethernet port, it was a necessity rather than a want. Even though our router is almost beside the smart TV, running an Ethernet cable guarantees no buffering.

I hooked this up to a non Ultra 4k tv and it seems to improve streaming. It was pricey. Not sure I really needed it because its a Smart Tv. I just wanted a better picture so i guess it is good if you can get it on sale.

Im not a new young techie....in my 70s so cutting the cable was not something i knew all about. My decision to do so was so easy with this roku. I havent missed a thing about the old tv and cable bill. I have watched MORE with this then I used to.

Wish I had bought this sooner. The availability of streaming channels, both free and subscription, means I can access much of the content I like on my schedule. The Roku interface works well and is easy to use. Ear buds for private listening is a plus.

I have owned a Fire TV and Chromecast (and an Apple TV long ago) for years and have been skeptical of Roku. This is my first one and I am blown away about how much easier it is to use. I should have purchased one long ago. Much easier to use than a Fire TV.

This is my 4th Roku ultra and it works just as great as the rest. Can add all of the best apps without having to use the built in apps with the TV. I just wish I could have gotten it for the price I got the other ones at ($50) instead of $100

I love Roku because it is very easy to use, I prefer this brand than others from the competition, I can see a number of free and paid channels, I had Netflix but with as many free options as YouTube and others, cancel my membership

So I bought a new 4k TV and wanted to upgade my Roku device to match our new capibilities.. The new remote is great with volume control and a headphone jack. As with all Roku devices tons of streaming options are availible. Reliable trouble free opperation!

Finally cut the cord with Comcast and went to streaming. With Hulu live TV and this roku device, I'm saving over $120/month. Not only that,but I have significantly more viewing options now as well. The device works great and as expected.

We're very pleased with the 2 Roku devices we bought. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. We're using them to watch Netflix, YouTubeTV, Hulu, etc. The controller even has a headphone jack so you can listen w/out annoying your significant other.

turns a smart t.v. into a genius. (c) purchased this little dude on accident and added to my 4k t.v. for sharts and giggles. so glad i did, as i wasn't truly experiencing 4k until then. very easy to use and set up, and the app interfaces are decent.
