It works well. The remote sometimes is finicky. But it’s nice to stream.

Not innovative at all other than it adds Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Cheap build quality, doesn’t support HBO Max, Roku channel lacks in content and is very cheap looking. Expensive for what you get. It’s not even better than the Roku Premiere + from 2017. Barely even better than the Roku 3 other than it supports 4K/60 with HDR. It also doesn’t support HDMI 2.1.

This Roku was a gift and they loved it. I have 5 of these in my homes

Bought this to replace the Roku Streaming Stick+. The Stick would pause frequently for a few seconds making it impossible to watch. This new Ultra works perfectly. One small complaint is the location of the mute button. It is right next to the volume button so it's easy to fat finger the mute button.

I have Roku on my four television especially the older ones. I love it

The Roku provides a nice picture, but about every 20 minutes the audio goes away for just a second or two. I've checked for updates but the issue still persist. Reading reviews, I now see others have complained about the same problem. We own an older Roku, and have a less expensive model and neither of those have this issue, just the Ultra 4K/Dolby model.

Easy to use, enjoy the system I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to steam tv.

Great for all your media streaming services! I'd it work flawlessly with my LG OLED 4K TV streaming 4K HDR10 content! Too bad it doesn't have the latest x265 codec built-in for all the Plex user with x265 media

We bought this Roku while waiting on our cable boxes to arrive and honestly like them sometimes better than the cable boxes. Especially since our new cable option doesn't offer all the channels we had before (didn't find out until got locked in a contract). ROKU to save the day. Love It!

I recently (finally!) said goodbye to cable TV's outrageous "bundles" for good. The Roku box makes it possible. While I can access most streaming options directly on my smart TV, the operating system falls short on many streaming channels. Roku brings it all to me with high reliability.

We first tried a Fire TV Stick, and discovered there was not enough memory to stream from other sites because it was so full of bloatware there was no memory for anything else. We returned it and have been using the Roku for several weeks now without a hitch. Highly recommended.

Easy to use and very practical. Doesn’t have a place for extra memory, though. Good for the price.

I absolutely love this product. Ever since I was introduced to Roku in 2020, I have not shopped for any other type of Operating System. I will continue to buy either a TV with a Roku system or a Roku streamer for a TV that doesn't have it, but the TV is worth buying.

Best available remote. The ultra receiver works better with remote than other versions of roku.

This was my second ROKU Ultra model 4800R. I have another one on my Samsung TV. My other 4800R works fine with my Samsung which does NOT have Dolby Vision. I bought this to use with my new Sony KD43X85J. It would NOT work. Tried bypassing my Yamaha AV receiver and hooking directly to the TV.. I had issues with HDCP 2.2 and pixelation along with color banding. I returned it.

This is a great device! We ordered a second one and unfortunately it could not be obtained but when I was in Fl this past week they had them there but was unable to get to the store there, Earphones help my husband who is hard of hearing.

A have to purchase to make a Sony TV be compatible with Xfinity/Comcast. I am sure the unit works fine and has good speed, but Xfinity is sensitive and at times hangs up the system. Sony and Xfinity/Comcast need to resolve their relationship.

This is my second or third Roku. This model has the best options. (only thing missing is a SD memory slot). but so far it has been great. I actually have 2 of this model and 1 lower model (to be used when traveling).

I had an old Roku 4, and wanted to upgrade in order to have a better image quality, and also Roku now supports apple airplay. I decided for the Roku Ultra (2020), and the viewing experience greatly improved, Netflix content really improved its image quality, and airplay works flawlessly

Very pleased with this purchase. I was able to do away with cable box, but not able to get the Spectrum TV app. Spectrum and Roku parted ways, probably leaving many people in a bind, but with Roku I am able to get well over 300 channels and many free through my Spectrum TV account.
