The clicking noise for each button press on the supplied remote control for this Ultra 2020 is noticeably louder than the similar remote that came with my 1yo Roku Streaming Stick+. It kind of annoys me. I guess I must do a lot of clicking of buttons. Other than that it’s a fine Roku. It does Airplay, which is cool. And the Ultra has an IR sensor on the front for those who might want to use it with a Harmony Universal Remote.

I purchased this to replace a 2017 Roku Ultra and wow what a difference. Everything loads faster. HDR is always on and not for only select show/movie formats like the previous. In fact, since my TV supports Dobly Vision and Atmos everything broad casts in that all the time.

Excellent item. Does the trick - gives easy access to many apps and channels. The only problem with the Roku remote is that you can't pause, fast forward, or rewind. So you better be on your toes ... watching and listening ... because there is no control like there is with a DVR.

I bought this for my 80 year old Mom and she loves it!! She has the previous model and thinks this model is way better due to easy navigation. And I’m able to help her with programming and passwords to help her enjoy all of the applications she loves!!

Great for streaming all services or using log-ins from cable subscription. Only app that does not work is CBS, noit sure if it is a roku or cbs issue, but per reviews, lots of people have this issue and not not fix it.

Had a original Roku 2 and finally gave out on me. Decided to go with this one and I am very happy with it. I use the headphones alot and the sound is great. I will definitely be buying another Roku at some point in the near future for other TV's. They are great devices.

Purchased this to replace earlier wifi only model which was suffering from disconnects due to crowded 2Ghz wifi range. New model at 5ghz band works well and noticeably better (no lags, buffering), have not tried ethernet mode as an option. Voice input for setting up passwords and emails for accounts is a useful and time saving feature in initial set up. Don't know why they have discontinued model.

I like this roku ultra streaming device. it is easy to use and very easy to hook up.

Had an old Roku 2 for years but it just wouldn't run HBO Max. Decided to upgrade and it runs Max fine. Runs everything faster with more modern menu style. The aquarium screen saver is beautiful, although I haven't explored all the options. Typical setup and such. So far so good.

Very good price and good channel options. This is a cheap way to make a tv into a smart tv.

Best streaming device for the buck. It has every service I need and many I've never heard of. Everything needed to set up is in the box. All of its functions are controlled by my Harmony remote so the provided remote is just an emergency backup. Don't hesitate just buy one now!

I really like this streaming device. It was easy to connect to my wifi. It gives you additional channels you can use. The quality is great. There is no signal interference. I would recommend this to anyone looking to use a streaming device.

Excellent and Fast. Purchased at same time as a 55" 4K Sony, and found there is some overlap with what Sony Tv also has built in. Finding the Roku is more user friendly. Check out what you want and whether you need both if your TV is very smart.

Fairly easy to use. The biggest drawback is you cannot enter the number for a specific channel

I love roku products. The only issue is that if you don't connect to a 4k tv, you will keep getting an error message and have to unplug the HDMI cable and then reconnect to get video image back on the tv screen

Upgraded my Roku 3's to this Ultra, and it's a HUGE difference. Much faster to start, much faster to switch between apps, and even starts Sling TV shows almost instantly. The remote connected to my TV easily, and it controls both TV power and my sound bar's volume. Great device!

This would be a five star review if there wasn’t a sound error that Roku hasn’t fixed with and update because the sound quality is the BEST on any platform Roku lets lose but the sound pops in and out which is horrible on atmos or any other listening mode. I actually would recommend cause whenever Roku fixes the error BOOM THE BEST

I was new to the ROKU platform and I spend a LONG time reviewing all their product lines. This product gave me everything I wanted including hard network jack access. I am looking to buy a few more so I can make a "ROKU Aware" mesh network among them.
