Very simple install. The voice control features are excellent, on par, with my Apple TV. If you are looking for a streaming device and don’t need the additional apps that come with an Apple TV, then I would recommend this Roku device 100% of the time.

Works great aside from the title problem. From what I’ve read, however, that seems to be AT&T’s fault-which I believe because we do not have the problem with any other app. The ability to plug into Ethernet is a big plus.

The Roku device was easy to install and set up. Good value for the cost.

The Dolby vision and Dolby atmos is nice. But I still prefer the older roku.

The Roku Ultra is an outstanding stream device. We finally cut the cord with cable TV. We are saving a lot every month and have many more viewing options. Very please with this purchase. We have had it for one month and no problems at all to date.

Love it. Turned out that our old one wasn't really the problem. There was maintenance happening on the internet infrastructure. However, the other one was obsolete and this one has higher definition and voice remote. We love it. Great product

iv tried all the other major streaming boxes on the market and really like the roku ultra compared to them. only downside to the roku over android tv/google tv, is you cant change out the home screen, but its a minor downisde

Haven’t had this unit but a few weeks. Still learning to navigate the numerous sites and channels it offers. There is a learning curve to get used to. It isn’t as user friendly as cable, but, so far, I’m quite satisfied with my purchase.

Working well so far. Very handy device. Unfortunately, the salesperson at Best Buy confirmed it would work with Spectrum. Wrong! There is no contract with Roku and Spectrum. I had to buy a Chromecast device in order see my Spectrum channels.

I’ve had other Roku products, but this is by far the best one.

Bought this on sale ($30 off) to replace the poor streaming Samsung software. I'm a big fan of the Roku software on the TCL TV I own, so I was expecting a similar experience. Unfortunately, it takes a few attempts to turn the box on. I know the Roku remote works because the TV fires up right away. Once the box is on, it works like a charm. Can't figure out what the issue is.

Really love this device. I am able to hard-wire the device and not too much buffering, solid device. I think one of the best so far. a little pricey but a good bang for your buck.

Excellent performance from this Roku product. Remote is a little heavier than the standard remote and feels solid, which is nice. Installation and set up is easy as with all Roku streaming devices.

It's a good piece of equipment. This is considered the "father" among all Roku family devices. Roku sticks shouldn't be a thing since their Wi-Fi is weak and since they fail within a 3 year period.

Great roku remote. Make it easier to navigate the stations.

I really like this news version, I had another Roku box for 10 years. It worked well but this newer version is much better. Plus you can connect ethernet cable directly not just a wifi connection, the direct connection to the internet is great..

Roku has a lot of good content for free! Apps all in one place and their music channel is solid. Like they actually have videos and stuff, you know, like MTV back in the day. Cut the cable!

I replaced my Roku Streaming Stick with this one. Both are 4K but the stick kept overheating and I had to unplug it for a while before I could watch TV again. This one has no issues at all. It is on all the time and works great.

I got this to replace a Roku Premier that had terrible wifi coverage. Using the wired ethernet solved my problems (even though the wireless router is within 5 feet of the Roku). The Ultra works great and the voice recognition is helpful as well.
