I was also glad to be able to link it to my Alexa. But I still have to learn more about all other features.

Of all the things that They did amazingly great, they’ve always had one thing short...no mute button. With the 2020 version, they finally fixed that over site.

I own 3 Rokus and they all work fine. Coming off cable you have to get used to the time it takes to change channels or source and the lip sync issue with certain program sources. From what I've read online these issues are just there. Reception is great, voice control works. Search is good. My new 4K tv looks great.

Enough memory to load lots of apps. Little to no buffering. I do run ours hard wired so I can’t comment on the WiFi. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Negatives/loss of features: Zero tech support, no way to power off roku other than to unplug it, volume, power off, and mute only work with direct line of site to TV, advertised premium JBL wired ear buds NOT included. Details: Not being able to control volume, use mute , or TV power button without direct line of site to TV makes my wife hate this vs the old unit, we have cats that love to lay in the way, and will not work from other parts of the house like the old one did. Programmable buttons work great as we do not subscribe to any of the preset channel buttons, remember cut the cable and save money? We use Amazon Prime for the free shipping otherwise there there are sooo many included roku channels and online free sources to pick from why pay for any?

We apologize if there was confusion but the 2020 Ultra (model 4800) does not include JBL headphones. If you saw this advertised, please contact us so that we can investigate.
It's unusual to hear that your remote is only working with a direct site line as every 2020 Roku Ultra comes with an enhanced "point anywhere" remote. A friend said that with I-phones we needed a Roku. Now it's installed, and I can't believe what you an get! so many channels, so little time!!!!

Only issue I’ve been experiencing is no sound during a movie. I have to restart the box or movie. Another is, delayed sound when caters are talking.

It does exactly what it advertises and provides access to a number of streaming services. Just remember that you have to pay for the premium services like Netflix!

Simple to use. 100's if not 1000's of shows to watch. Something for everyone. Easily add apps. I debated over buying this, but when it went on sale, I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did.

The unit is easy to install following given directions. The only con is that you have to sign in again to your accounts. The addition of the two programmable buttons is a plus.

All applications are working great. Device has good internet speed. Remote control has some Voice headphone feature which is great for my family.
