bought this to replace my spectrum cable box. works great, easy to set up and saves me money. have bought a roku to replace all my cable boxes. it also makes it easier to acces all of your streaming services.

Great little device, my daughter loves it and Roku offers a lot for free.

Great little device, TV apps are usually really poor and support drops off after a year or two.

I'm no expert. The Roku Ultra was easy to set up and sync with my TV. It is easy to use and navigate. Haven't watched movies on it yet, but what I have watched looks good. I especially appreciate being able to plug ear buds into the remote so I can watch without disturbing my wife.

The item exceeded my expectations. Set up was quick and easy. I followed the simple directions to connect the roku to the internet and then it was set to use. All the apps I use we're downloaded and I was set. I was able to watch all the programs I enjoy. A great product that I highly recommend.

Bought for my dad and he loves it. Especially the built in mic on the remote. Comes in handy

Fast performance AirPlay and Dolby Vision support Remote has a headphone jack for private listening

Works GREAT! Roku gave me apps that ChromeCast couldn't. Volume control on the remote is very convenient and the headphone jack works well. Wish it had the option to either have room speakers on or off while listening to headphones. Delivers a crisp 4K picture.

Love this Roku. We now have three of them in the house. The picture through the Roku is even higher quality than was coming through the 70” LG TV built-in wireless. The Roku remote is also much simpler and easy to use for the basic functions than the one that comes with the LG TV.

Dolby atmos support and wired ehternet connection. Compared to the Roku 4k usb stick, the hardware is faster, but occasionally crashes (maybe their applications are buggy?). Audio volume is louder and the remote can be programmed to control power and volume on your television. Launches Disney Plus, Prime Video, and Netflix conveniently, but wish there was an easier way to input user names and passwords for things like spotify, etc.

The Standard HDMI cable that came with Ultra (2020) 4K/Dolby Vision Streaming Media Player did not support Dolby vision The programs I was watching kept going in and out. I Replaced the cable with 4K HD/HDR HDMI rated Cable than the Roku played with a sharp Dolby Vision Picture and with NO interruptions while watching. I took one star off because in only few days of watching I had sound and no picture. I had to reboot the unit.

The best streaming device out there. It is very fast,. Shuts off when not being used. If you can't find the remote, just push the button on the box and the remote will beep until found. Much better than firesticks. No comparison.

I purchased the Roku 2020 box with the intent of getting better resolution and Dolby Atmos through my Samsung HW-900T bar. After connecting to my TV and Soundbar, I noticed the resolution improvement when watching movies on Netflix with improved sound. Still waiting for a Dolby Atmos movie in Netflix to validate that feature. However, a recurring issue with display and sound started occurring with the Roku box. To clear the issue I had to restart the box each time. After reading the same issue with other buyers of this box and having tried every suggested Roku steps to resolve the issue with no success, I decided to exchange the unit for a replacement and still had the same sporadic display and sound issues. When just about deciding to return the box and get a refund, the issue suddenly went away. I suspect a newer firmware update on the the Roku box had resolved the issue. I saw that this a problem was an issue with many buyers of this product which probably got addressed by Roku. One observation I did note was that when I switched on my TV first, then my sound bar and then pressing the home button on the Roku box to activate the apps, I never got the display or sound issue. But, when I switched on my sound-bar first and then the TV, I had no display. This may be due to my TV being an older LG model that only supports 1080i with no Arc option. But noting other reviewers who had 4k TV's, they still experienced the no display and sound sporadically no matter the technology. Anyhow, I'm glad the issue went away and like the resolution of the new Roku box.

Fast, fast and fast. No compromise in picture or audio either. I had a fire stick amazon 2019 I think. It would make me compromise between 4k amazon content and non 4k content constantly. Very high maintenance and crashes all the time. That's what led me to buying this roku ultra.

This is the third Roku streaming media that I purchased, has allowed me to eliminated spectrum devices and allowed me to be able to utilize various applications on TV's which did not have built in Roku. This is the first Roku-Ultra which allows me to control volume to my ear phone.

Love Rokus platform. As far as streaming devices go this one works well and I have no complaints. Has all the apps and is very easy to use. This model also has some future proofing with Dolby Vision so if you upgrade TVs or already have Dolby Vision you'll be covered.

Its fast, easy to setup, and works great with my home theater system. It offers all the new services which my smart TV unfortunately cannot do. Absolutely love the USB port, for playing movies and pictures. Also fully compatible with harmony remote.

Amazing! Couldn’t love it more! So easy to set up and learn! I bought it specifically for the upcoming 3 part Beatles special on Disney + and it was so easy to add that channel. The picture and sound seem outstanding feeding my home theater gear.

About time ROKU! Finally can watch Dolby Vision, HDR10, and listen to Atmos sound with my ROKU. There is a lot of HDR cone. On streaming services like HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV app, etc. This is goodness. The remote is better as well and finally has a. It’s button!
