Awesome device! Connected to 2017 65” LG OLED that did not get the Apple TV app. One of the huge benefits is that it up-converts a lot of content to Dolby vision which really pops on that TV. It is very fast and has many more apps than the built in software. Highly recommend.

I've been using a roku for the last 4 generations and this one is the best. With the support of Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos this was a must get. It's faster than the last one too. My only gripe would be that I wished they used a better plastic but that is very minor.

I really like this device for streaming. Very easy to use, fast and very less delay. One more thing I like about this is I can cast either iOS or android devices. If you thinking about substitute for Apple TV, this is the best option.

My third Roku. I love the performance and channel choices. I am on the road for business and it is nice to plug my ROku into the Hotel TV and watch what I want, I can can also learn if I want to learn a new language. The remote control seamlessly works withs any TV. type

I love my new Roku -Ultra(2020) tv receiver. It is easy to set up. It streams movies without any interruption which compares to the old model I previously had that often need to be reset for lost connection. Good features that come with headphone and voice remote control.

Very please with the the Roku-Ultra (2020). Easy to install. Had East Wind computers help me out. From ordering to pickup it was fast and convenient. Affordable price. Very easy to use and you get use to not hitting the mute button. Rotten place to put it on the side.

I moved up to the ultra from a premiere and then streaming stick. The premiere was nice but the wifi was a big far from my router. So I went to the steaming stick and hated it! The usb stick got hot and laggy and really wasn’t any better on my wifi even though it showed a stronger signal. So I returning the streaming stick and went to the ultra primarily for the Ethernet connection. Ethernet is WAY MORE RESPONSIVE! But, the device itself is faster in every way. App startup is improved, for sleep to on is nearly instantaneous. Truly thrilled I spent the money to move up to the Ultra. My only complaint is price. I literally had to jump to a unit that was twice as costly in order to get Ethernet access which is a shame. I don’t yet have a screen to maximize app the options like Dolby Vision etc, so for me, this unit is overkill and I wish Roku would see the need for a premiere level device that simply adds Ethernet.

This Roku was easy to setup and is easy to use. I love the channel availability and sound quality. The only downfall is that the volume buttons are on the side of the remote. It takes some getting used to,

Handles 4K when available from the streaming service. Having a volume and mute button that works most smart TVs also keeps me from having to hold two remotes when viewing Netflix, Prime, or other streaming services. BTW, my Samsung Blu-Ray players and Smart TVs don't support several of the streaming services I like and they probably never will. When I DO access Netflix through the Smart TVs, they seem slower than the Roku. So I use the Roku for all of my streaming these days, even for services I used to watch through the Samsung devices. In my case, having the ability to connect to a 5G network is also helpful, as it cuts down on buffering when streaming 4K content. I don't use the headphones or voice recognition features, so I can't comment on those. I wish all four of pre-programmed buttons on the bottom of the remote were programmable.

Great Price & Easy install! I really like that the remote can be used on its own or with the tv remote to adjust sound and power features. I haven't tried the headset yet but am planning to soon. This little machine has helped speed up my movie viewing.

I really like this thing, so much so that I'm getting a second one for a second TV. It provides a single, simple, easy-to-use interface for almost all online streaming services, including a gazillion that I've never heard of. Just a couple of negatives, which are minor but do lessen the experience a bit. I have an older model, so that may have something to do with it - the new ones might be even better. First, it occasionally (but rarely) locks up, usually after a power glitch from the power company, requiring a power cycle to get it working again. I have to emphasize that this is very rare, but annoying enough when it does happen. Also, it can occasionally be slow to respond to the remote. Again, this is very rare, and it automatically recovers on its own, but still annoying when it does happen. Finally, it would be nice if it could be programmed to control volume. I still have to use my system remote for that. Despite these minor issues, this thing works great almost all the time, and I really enjoy it. I have no hesitation in recommending it. In fact, I recently bought one as a Christmas present for a friend, and as I mentioned above, I'm getting a second one for myself.

We have one ROKU for each of our TVs. We just purchased a new LG OLED77C1 4K TV from Best Buy and wanted a new ROKU device that would support 4K. This upgraded ROKU device delivers outstanding pictures and has very easy to use features….

Just picked this up. It's faster than the prior version of the Ultra and runs well. I would recommend this. It's got a simple and great remote control. My only complaint so far would be that it doesn't have HBO Max. Visuals and sound look great on all apps so far.

Roku made cutting the cable cord a breeze! Very easy to install, we did not experience any issues or hiccups. The earbuds are working well - sound matches the screen, volume is easy to adjust, and the home screen is simple to navigate.

Love this Roku. The remote allows you to turn TV on and off, volume up and down and comes with ear buds to plug into it for personal listening, Quality picture, easy to install and has lovely fish aquarium screen when you first turn it on.

This is my first device to use after cutting cable. So far, I love this thing! Has lots of apps on it, and you can add more from within. Very easy to use and navigate. Picture is great too. So if you are looking to cut cable, consider this Roku Ultra...

I really love this Roku. I have had older Roku's, but this one is much better than my other ones. It actually seems to have more clarity to the pictures, and I really enjoy the vast movies and programs that I can stream through this..Great value for the price

I really enjoy this new device with a brand new TV. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was that somehow all subscription logins had to be re-entered, which is tedious. The picture delivered and overall response is quick and sharp. Installation information was simple and easy to follow. Plug it in, turn it on, and start clicking the remote. You’re done. Enjoy!

Roku is an excellent product, easy to use and satisfies all my requirements. If I am traveling it is easy to connect to any kind of hotel wifi. It has Nextflix, hulu, amazon and a bunch more channels. It also supports 4k streaming!

Bought this new Roku to replace one that was several years old and without any of the great features. Now the volume is controlled, the picture is improved and I can use the headphones if wanted. Very pleased with this purchase.
