Very frustrating device, it has a ISP bandwidth issue where it will time you out constantly. Every time I was watching a show it would kick me out, I tried everything that was recommended in blogs and web sites even completely doing a factory reset. I don't know if I bought a defect but I finally brought it back. I must say I did love the display and speed of the device, when I was able to watch.

Great product and we have several of them throughout the house, the only issue is that the remote occasionally loses its ability to perform volume or TV control and needs to be reset.

I gave this item as a gift, they say they love it specially the remote finder and the headphone.

I have been loyal to the Roku line but this last version is not what I had expected in performance. It does not handle Dolby vision that well not to say about Atmos audio...very disappointing...I use it with the latest release of the Sonos ARC and 3rd gen Sub...it does not handle Atmos very well and 4k video is ok and if you are a Plex user then getting ready for a slow response with the Plex menu system and getting an image on the screen in a timely manner. For some of the other apps it is just average and same with audio...sad to say but not worth the upgrade

This is Great. I've kept my WIFI so I can use the ROKU unit and I've cut the cord to my cable company. I love this unit!

The device works fine, but I got it as a warranty replacement and the remote will not operate my Samsung TV! It may be a few years old, but the previous remote had no issues. Why would that be so?!?!?! It can't possibly take up that much silicon to have to be deleted!!!!! Also came with lower quality headphones than the first unit (JBL) but I was smart enough not to return them. I much preferred the old unit to the new one, but that's expected in tech now I guess. Come out with a quality product, then cheapen it as much as possible once it's established. Typical but disappointing ☹️

Great user interface. Really like that the Roku remote control also turns my tv on and off and carols it’s volume.

It is a OK device but it does not do ultra high definition like they boast. They also say it does Bluetooth audio but that is a lie as I have a Bluetooth headset and I have to use a phone or a pad in order to hear the sound that is not what most people want to do. One of these days they will make it so that you can use the Bluetooth headset instead of the earbuds straight from the Roku device without going through an external smart device as the transmitter.

Tired of paying for cable TV service that is costly and not supportive of the client. ROKU is an excellent product ...

I should have bought one of these a long time ago. All your popular channels in one place.

We bought it for my Father-in-law, my son set it up and he loves. He calls my son his in state tech support.

Speedy streaming. Nice addition having volume controls. The preset buttons are very convenient.

The Ethernet port makes it much more powerful then the streaming stick!!! Pay the difference

Love this ROKU Ultra . I use it every day. It is easy to use and i like all of the selections I have to choose from.

We really like the fact that we dont need another cable in the house. It works with xfinity cable. We can set up and watch recorded showes and make favorite channels just like the cable box.
