Otherwise, it's pretty much a pain in the backside. I have been in touch with Best Buy Geek Squad and Roku service and no one can get this working properly. Geek Squad is clueless and Roku service just runs me through a series of standard by-the-book "fixes" that so far have done nothing. By the way, this is my second Roku Ultra 2020 that I'm talking about. The first was even worse. I had this hooked up through my AVR, but since that connection was so slow, I hooked up the Roku (with the HDMI cable they supply) directly to my TV. My TV still takes overlong to find the Roku (or vice versa). Plus, when I turn on my TV, I never know what I'm going to get. I know this device WON'T go to the program/season/episode that I left when I turned off the TV. On start up, it sometimes goes to the main menu, sometimes to the Roku screensaver, sometimes to the program I left (but at a different season or episode), and sometimes to the Netflix main menu (or Disney+ main menu, etc.; whatever I last watched). I like the voice search and the Dolby Atmos on Netflix. But that's all I'm getting for my money. Otherwise, this thing is a brick.
