Everything works great EXCEPT that the private listening max output volume is extremely low when headphones plugged to the remote. I also own a Roku 4k stick plus and that remote control's private listening works just fine. I'm hoping Roku fixes this issue with the next software update or I may have to return them, for I spend the extra money on the Ultras mainly to make use of the private listening feature. Aside from this issue, everything else works good.
