It hangs up whenever you try to FFWD or RWD. You get the death wheel that just spins and spins and.... you get the idea. You have to restart the Roku system to get your show back. Roku is unable to fix this. But they are slick, they kept me on hold until the 30 day return window had passed and I can't return this piece of junk to Best Buy. But I want you to experience this for yourself, plus I found an excellent review that I quote from that compares the Roku Ultra and the Apple TV 4K. You will do much better with the Apple TV 4K AND no spinning death wheel. But, please look at the review below comparing the Roku Ultra and the Apple TV 4K. Weigh this along with the non-existent customer support from Roku. does not support Dolby Vision and has a slower buffering speed than the competition. The Roku Ultra does not have exceptional features on its own. You need an external device to use Google Assistant or Alexa. The remote only comes with some voice control, such as searches, changing volumes, and other essential functions The Apple TV 4K is easier to set up and has a far more intuitive interface. It is also faster and more complete. Overall, it provides a better experience.
