||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.An FYI, my issue is with the changes that have made the box itself more inconvenient and not necessarily with performance. We have the original Ultra and decided to go ahead and purchase a newer model. We did not know that when we did we would lose the easy accessibility to the USB port, or that the SD port and optical port would be gone all together. Because we have a lot of things on flash drives it was very convenient having that part on the side and not having to constantly pull it out to put something behind it. The port is now located on the back of the Roku which makes it very inconvenient. We also use the optical port to connect our soundbar, this was so helpful on the previous Ultra because I didn't have to fight trying to get to the port on the back of the television, this version no longer has an optical at all. And while we didn't use the SD port often it was nice being able to pop them in there and look at pictures when we wanted to. There was nothing added that would require them to remove those options so I'm just very disappointed in this newer model.
