I have an AV receiver set up, and that is probably part of the complexity, but this historically had not happened before. I wonder if some of the upgrades that the hardware is seeing across the ecosystem is causing issues. But Roku doesn't have a satisfactory answer to this problem, and I think this is widely noted now if you search the web.

As a quick tip, we'd recommend bypassing the AVR, trying a different HDMI port, and trying a different TV in an attempt to isolate the issue.
