Easy to use interface...being able to use headphones with this is another added bonus. Bought a Roku and an Apple TV to try out and ended up returning the Apple TV and buying 2 more Roku. More than satisfied with these.

Love it. Very easy to set up. One push button turns on tv. Love the mute button. It also has a locate button on the base when you can’t find the remote control this is the fourth roku I have purchased. I have one on every tv.

This Thing is amazing if you have the right setup like a 4k TV and a surround sound system wow this is by far the best streaming box.. Fast and smooth amazing picture and the new audio features just wow roku did an amazing job

Bought on sale. Easy to set up. So far there have been no problems with the remote or any of thr Roku functions. Great way to cut the cable cord for seniors who are not tech savvy.

Excellent upgrdae from my Roku 3. 10 times faster and supports 4k. Has all the same ports as well. Plus extra features. Highly recommend. If your thinking about upgrading, do it!

This Roku replaces a two year old Roku Premiere. The update is worth it - the addition of Dolby Atmos sound, and HDR are noticeable. Paired with my 4K UHD HDR 65" display, the picture quality is about as good as it gets.

We love our new Roku Ultra. We are Spectrum customers and have been able to do away with the never ending monthly charge of the cable box, using the Spectrum app with our new Roku instead. We have both a Amazon Firestick and the new Roku Ultra. The Roku, as far as we are aware, is the only streaming device for which the Spectrum was written. It is fast and allows us to watch so many television programs we subscribe to, plus a host of programming on the Roku channel (for free, we might add). We also watch a lot of Netflix’s and Amazon shows and series. Who needs a really pricy cable subscriptions??? Not us . . . . We have gone with a bare bones cable package and watch everything else using our Roku, savings us literally hundreds of dollars each year.

Best yet, pair it with a high quality ultra HD/4k hdmi or display port and you'll see a difference if your screen supports it. Otherwise it is a bit faster then other ultras and now u can set your remote locator sound.

upgraded to this roku. love the speed in which i can call up netflix, disney+, etc. The tv volume/power control thru the roku is a plus as well as the headphones which enables me to hear smaller sounds clearly.

This is the first Roku I purchased. Before this I owned different chrome casts. I was skeptical of buying a Streaming product and over the years I saw how Roku was still a player in streaming. Due to other products I owned becoming obsolete so I decided to buy a Roku. I did some research on BBY and other sites and decided to get the Ultra. Setup was a breeze and allowed me to use my voice to set up my system and other accounts. It did an excellent job and detecting my older TV and all the controls works flawlessly. I would by this again. Works with wired and wireless.

The Roku Ultra is the best for the money. Thousands of movies and programs to stream. Being able to stream them in 4K is a plus. Being able to watch your favorite NBA team in 4K is a plus.

I have used the Roku Ultra models for years and upgraded to this version because I wanted Dolby Vision and Atomos. It works great and the picture looks great on an OLED. I think the Roku Ultra is the best on the market.

It was great to get a new Roku with better and faster interface than our old one. And I like being able to control the TV power and volume from the Roku remote. My one complaint is the placement of the mute button along the side of the remote. Almost every time I pick it up, I accidentally mute the sound. Otherwise it's a good product!

This was not my first Roku purchase. I have seven spread throughout my house. They are all the ones that look like the hockey puck - the full featured ones. I believe them to be the best streamers on the market. My recent purchase was to replace an old one that had begun to show a weak picture. The replaced Roku may have been eight or ten years old. I'm not sure. Anyway, the new one cleaned up the picture to perfection. These new Rokus have improved WiFi reception. It is obvious as it works admirably with my two-year old TV. I recommend them without reservation.

Great price and works amazing. I have two of these for my house for different TVs in my house and it’s so wonderful. It bypasses the router and makes things like Hulu and Netflix run soo much better.

Im new to tv streaming . the roku was easy to set up but took some time to get used to. Used comcast for many years so the change was different. So far streaming is very good. I went to fiber optic service because the opportunity presented itself. Will not go back to copper feed.

This is the fourth Roku box we’ve purchased. First two were the small HD boxes, recently added a sound bar with Roku built in, and now this one. Using this in place of the cable box. I was attracted to it because of our previous experience with Roku and that it supports 4K, and surround sound. It’s hooked up to an 75” Sony Bravia OLED and an Dolby Atmos theatre sound system all from Best Buy by the way. Picture is as good as the cable box. But I’m disappointed in the sound. My cable box gave us a surround sound with sports events. This Roku doesn’t, just stereo. I’ve changed the sound settings hoping to get the right setting without any luck. It’s saving us $10 a month rental for the box but disappointed in the sound. Easy to set up. Simple controls. Small size fits neatly in our cabinet. Haven’t used the headphones that came with it. It would be nice if the remote had a direct tune key pad.

Well build with lots of features and the best remote in the industry. Remote can be used to control other devices and you can also enjoy low latency sound by plugging headphones into the remote.

Love our Roku Ultra. We've had it for a couple of years and it provides what we need for streaming. One problem is that recently it's started doing something when paused for awhile that the sound goes off. Have to reset the Roku when this happens and it's fine again until at another random time it will happen again.

Probably the best streaming device in the market, easy to set up, great 4K picture, very easy to use, great voice feature, and will save you money if you want to get rid of cable and just stream content.
