This roku ultra had alot bugs. I dont believe it was my device but rather it is a flaw in the ultra. Everytime i would have hulu or netflix on it will always make a loud popping sound when changing from movie to movie or when paused or unpausing it, or when it will go to a an ad on hulu. Extremely frustrating and annoying. My wires werent the issue or my tv or my soundbar as I have all apple belkin 4k hdmi 2.1 cables, q90r samsung tv, and sennheiser ambeo soundbar. I had an apple 4k tv connected and never had any issues. I wanted to switch for the roku channel integration as apple tv doesnt support it. However hands down for a premiere top of the line streaming device apple tv 4k wins. And i am by no means an apple fan boy. The 4k tv and an ipad i barely use all the apple products i own. Lol. But from a quality, and ease of use, flawless experience and peace of mind. Apple 4k tv wins I was not satisfied. I sold it after 2 weeks.

Good luck with troubleshooting or even learning basic functions from ROKU. Customer support blames any question on the vendor app. Facebook Watch seems unavailable. My attempts to stream through the supply from my computer have been unsuccessful and there is literally no help from them. My Apple TV 4k is quirky to learn, but a much better device at a higher price.
