Still no HBO Max???

wont last

Now one of them already has a purple screen everyday so i have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to work. This is be the last time i upgrade with roku devises if this happens again.

We have a few steps that may solve the problem for you. First, try a different HDMI input on your TV, AVR, or soundbar. Next, you'll want to try using a different HDMI cable (less than 6 feet if available), just to make sure the cable you are currently using does not have any defects. When possible, always use the Premium High Speed HDMI cable that was included with your Roku player. In an attempt to isolate the issue, you may want to try connecting to a new TV, in the event that there is an issue with the original TV's HDMI port.

Love Roku, but this one is for brand new TVs only

Roku great 2 of 3
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great with two of our three TV’s, but on the third have to keep restarting the Roku after I turn the TV on or I just get a purple screen and sound - no picture. Seems there is an issue with some TV’s that don’t have a feature that makes the Roku more compatible. May have to purchase another TV if I get tired of restarting it every time I turn the TV on.

I know it’s the remote problem because when the remote show lagging, i switch to use the phone to control and no lagging showing so it must be the communication between the roku and physcial remote.

Good when they work, but...

I recently purchased two new Ultras for my house and both have failed within the first 6 months. One will not power on at all, and the other errors out when trying to stream a video and crashes to a restart
