The newer Ultra does not provide that much of an improvement over what I already have and the Roku Express + is considered the new goto for streamers at a far better price.

Rechargeables aren't always as strong, but they should last more than a day. Also, we bought this version because of the headphones feature since it is for an elderly family member, but you can't turn it off! He hits the power button on the Roku which turns off the tv, but it doesn't turn off the streaming so the sound still comes through the headphones meaning it is using our internet 24/7. Paid channels keep disconnecting. We will be returning it. Tried contacting Roku support. No answer.

Please be aware that if you are using private listening, it will typically drain the battery on your remote faster than when not being used. No faster than the 4k stick

The one plus to this is the remote has a nice tactile click sound that I prefer, though not worth the price difference between this and the 4k stick.

If I set it to run anything higher than 720 it flickers the screens, setting it to 720 resolves it but not what I wanted. Video quality isn’t good at this setting, other than this it’s responsive, screen mirror works great
