Roku device is easy to use, good vivid picture, apps easy to find. Everything to stream in one place. Super to use with audio streaming too.

We love ROKU... The picture is great and the variety of channels allows for something enjoyable for everyone! Definitely give it a try ... IF you have one, upgrade! Easy to install, as well!

I replaced a very slow Amazon firestick with this Roku Ultra. I'm very pleased with the speed between apps and the ear buds. Picture quality is awsome. Should have bought this the first time!

Roku provides the easiest interface. The remote control earphone port is a great feature for convenient late night viewing. Microphone button makes navigation seamless.

Love these litle streaming boxes. Relativly fast, reboot on thier own when they lock up and the headphone feature on the remote is great for watching tv in bed with the spouse asleep.

Replaced a very old unit. Much faster and smoother. Great quality. Remote is much better layout than previous - and easier to use than the Apple TV remote (have used both). Highly recommend.

Does what they say it does, bought an nVidia shield, returned it and bought this instead. Was told the shield did Dolby Atmos on their Disney+ app, it didn't, this one does, nice remote control.

Works great, I like the remote. Not sure what else to say about it, other than a crisp picture (on a good quality TV), and ease of use.

Very fast and responsive. Set it up fast and 4k Dolby Vision support worked great. The plastic feels cheap. Overall it is what I expected owning Roku's for years with updated technology support.

We cut the cord and opted for Roku (with Hulu Live+ for local programming). The Roku is extremely easy to set up (I'm a 60 y/o, minimally techie person). We've been using the Roku for several weeks now and though the extra navigation steps take getting used to (compared to the linear channel-changing of cable), we've adjusted perfectly fine. We like the microphone so we can talk to Roku; this speeds up the channel navigation a bit. We have high speed internet and the wi-fi boost on this Roku unit allows for much better streaming than just running apps through our smart TV. We like this unit (and sale price) so much we got 2 more for the other TVs in the house.

Nice easy setup and like the ability to use headphones for listening and not disturbing others. Volume controls on the remote control the tv make not having to shuffle remote controls around.

Amazing picture. Upgraded from the basic Roku. The ability to plug in headphones to listen to TV is a game changer. I can watch TV while my wife is doing work without disturbing her.

Bought this model to replace a Premier model than went west on me - wifi chip died. Took a few weeks but got that one replaced under warranty by Roku. FWIW, Roku customer service is not as bad as others might indicate - I had no trouble getting an RMA and the replacement arrived within two weeks. This model seems to be built pretty solidly built, works well so far. Easy to rebuild a Roku profile on a new unit. The remote is different from the other Roku models - this one is RF and is paired to the base unit. Takes AA batteries so it uses much more energy than our old Premier remote but it seems to work very well - no more aiming the remote at the base.

The Roku is an excellent streaming platform! Has all of the app that I need and use, and is very easy and intuitive to use. The built-in headphone jack is a huge benefit too! Great product!

Excellent streaming device. Fast connections, easy to operate. Useful, logical buttons for functions. I also own fire sticks, which are annoying to use. Roku Ultra well with the extra cost

I thought this was just going to be essentially the same as a Google chromecast, but it's much better. Good apps/channels, highly customizable, good picture quality, easy to set up and use. If it had direct DLNA linking to my home network, I would give it 5 stars, but otherwise a great product.

We have been using Roku devices for years, I really thought by now they would be obsolete but they are better than ever. I was looking for a 4K version that could take an ethernet cable. My other Roku (express) devices work well and experience minimal buffering but one room in my house has Wi-Fi issues. This Roku Ultra has totally solved the problem. The nice things I didn't expect are the enhanced remote - it controls the TV power and volume. The Roku platform is also the best, all the streaming channels we want to use are available. Some channels that are on Roku that sometimes don't appear elsewhere are NHL.tv and Tablo. Very happy with my purchase.

Everything worked fine and the interface was very snappy and responsive, however, I ultimately had to return as I kept getting an hdcp 2.2 error during certain programs and ads on the youtube tv app. I tried all the different solutions I found online about this known problem and even tried various hdmi cables with no improvement. The picture and sound was very crisp on most other apps. I assume it may be a handshake issue with certain makes of tvs and/or receivers.

Cut the cord and got rid of direct tv. Love the roku. Lots of apps and easy to use. Great picture. I have much more to watch for less than half the price I was paying direct tv.

Easy to operate and streams quickly. Remote does not require line of sight. The remote locator button is great if you have children in the house that like to hide things.
