Felt I was cheating myself on quality and I was. The remote uses batt power kind of fast even not using voice control

I was not sure what the cause was, but decided to upgrade. The new Roku made everything move quickly and reliably. And of course, some new features such as speaking the name of a show that I want into the remote to go directly there, are helpful.

Amazing but one flaw

I've had roku 2, 3 and 4 and this was way beyond those. But still has the wonderful layout that we are all familiar with from Roku. Built in remote finder is a dream come true. Especially when you have children who can easily misplace it. However not everythings perfect here. Randomly when switching to or from dolby vision the screen gets a pink coloring across it. I've tested this on two tv's and different hdmi cables and ports. Soon as you reset it or sometimes if it switch dolby vision again it fixes it. But you never know when it will happen.

I am using it as my alternate stream device over the TiVo, since I had issue with my TiVo with my cable service. The ability to also watch Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, Paramount+ and Crunchyroll in comparison blows away trying to see only some of them on the smart TV or TiVo. The interface is fairly easy to use and I would recommend it to people who only use streaming. I also like the fact that you don't have to have a subscription with Roku just to use your streaming services. While yes, you are paying for the streaming services, using them with roku doesn't cost extra.

I am very elderly and not tech savvy at all however it doesn’t take very long to be able to operate these little things. As far as I’m concerned they’re a godsend thank you so much Best Buy. I love you guys… I just wish you didn’t have quite so many wonderful things to buy lol.

I had a Roku streaming stick for 3 years , and it has been working great. This made me trust Roku products. I recently bought 4K TV , so we decided to upgrade to Roku ultra , comes with a HDMI cable, remote and a earbuds. the price is higher as compared to other options Roku offers , but if you consider the capability and the options available with it , it is reasonable, we rely on it in all of our streaming
