As advertised! I am totally pleased with the speed and clarity!

Great product that provides 4K with dolby atmos pass through even if you only have hdmi arc.

This works great. I have been using the ROKU for a while but I bought this Ultra specifically for the headphone connection. It works perfectly for this use so my wife does not need to hear my loud movies! One note of caution, the headphones only work with the ROKU controlled streaming. It does not work with a BluRay player which is not controlled by the ultra. Such is life.

Easy setup. Excellent picture. Fast upload. Good earpods for private listening. I love it.

Just the Roku device alone gets you 1,000 channels. It is a blizzard of entertainment, but still easy to use. I suggest a cheap antenna and a tablo box and you have everything you need for $0 per month. Cut the cable, only pay for a solid internet connection. The ultra has the latest audio format. They are confusing as the Ultra+ is a lower tier device.

A terrific product that goes the distance and is easy to understand and use.

Good product. We cancelled our DirecTV and started using this. We are definitely never turning back. This is much cheaper. We use sling, Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc. It even has free Vietnamese channels for my mom so that’s a major plus. I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything without a cable TV provider. Only problem would be that the remote runs out of batteries really fast.

I bought the Ultra 2020 because I wanted to upgrade my aging Roku 2. I picked the Ultra over the other products because I used an AV receiver with my TV, making this one more convenient to use than the Roku Stick version. Also, this was the only one that still had an Ethernet port, which I prefer to use vs. wi-fi. Don't get me wrong, the Ultra is a great product and plenty fast. I guess I was just expecting there'd be an even greater difference vs. my old Roku. So, while the upgrade was nice, it must admit it was a tad underwhelming, especially since I had to re-log into every. single. app. all. over. again.

The best Roku player ever! It comes with 4k capabilities and the sound is amazing.

Roku! What can I say that gas not already been said. It’s simply the best streaming device. There are no proprietary issues, like Apple. Google and Amazon Firestick require frequent updates and are “forgotten” by my apps. I have to reset them often. They now sit in a drawer collecting dust. Roku is inexpensive, easy to use, and portable for travel. Highly recommend!

First one I’ve ever owned. Very easy to use. Got it as soon as the HBO Max app came out. My smart TV didn’t have the ability to load newer apps like Disney Plus, but it’s an HD and I have a Surround sound bar already. Works fantastically thru this ROKU. I wanted it directly connected to the modem, so chose it because of the Ethernet port, although I have WiFi, I don’t want to be struggling with buffering.

Works great. Beautiful picture and runs smooth. The new apple play update works great too.

Very easy to use. Good picture quality. Good mix of available programs. I researched prices of this unit elsewhere and found that Best Buy had the best price available. There were several units in stock when I ordered curbside pickup. The pickup process was quick and easy. Installation was easy also with all needed components in the box. I have used this product for weeks without an issue.
