I love Roku. I’ve owned and given away over 30 of their devices. Their only downside is when they reach their point of obsolescence, which lately have been coming by too soon. I still buy them because at the end of the day they are a much much much cheaper alternative than traditional cable boxes. I love this model because I now have Dolby Vision and the HDR is rocking. I love a good soap opera effect on a high budget movie. It’s just refreshing. Roku throw me the newest and greatest and I will buy it.

So far we love this Roku Ultra(2020). I made sure to look on the bottom of the box for the manufacturing date. I had read so many negative reviews about the 2019 version, but positive reviews about the 2020 version. I would prefer the buttons not to make a clicking sound when we push the buttons. I’d still purchase this again, for another room, if one was needed.

The roku ultra is the only way to go if you stream 4k/or have a cable cutting service. The ultra model typically is the only one that comes with all the networking elements wired lan and also dual stream wireless 2.4/5G This is the best bang for your buck don't get the cheap ones. If you like the way roku runs this is the one you want.

It’s a nice system. Fairly quick, love the option for plugging headphones to your remote. Only wish it had number pads on the remote.

Does exactly what it's suppose to and does it well.

One of the best streaming devices to pair with a smart TV or brand new 4k TV. Never been a fan of the OS interface that comes with smart TV's. The simplicity and ease of the Roku OS Makes streaming my favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and so on a breeze. Will forever be a Roku supporter.

Easy to set up and performs as promised. Preferred over Apple Box. The remote is much easier to navigate and no problems to date.

Almost perfect instructions to install and use. I wish that the receipt with the promo code for 3 mo free of Apple TV+ had better directions to claim promo. I couldn't figure it out so I couldn't get the freebie. Had I waited 3 weeks I could have just gotten Apple TV+ thru Xfinity and 3 mo free.

In my opinion Roku has the easiest UI for navigating streaming. Good stuff

I love this new Roku. I've had the streaming stick for years and decided to upgrade. The remote is more robust and offers universal remote feature that works seamlessly with my Samsung smart tv. The voice feature is nice, but I do not use it much. It's fun to play with. UI is excellent as we've grown to expect from Roku. Definitely recommend!

over all the roku streaming device is good. It was simple to set up. The only problem I had with it was that it powder off once on me. To fix it I needed to boot it then it was fine. The other problem might be with paramount plus didn't pay extra to take out commercials so if you rewind passed where the commercials are then start watching it will pause and tell you it can continue, so you click out of it. Then hit resume so they can put more commercials in.

It seems our smart tv outlived program updates. Shame on LG for expecting their products to have such a short life expectancy. Roku to the rescue. This model functions even better than expected, plus it has an Ethernet port, important to us since our entire house is wired for Ethernet. Thank you Roku and Best Buy for having this available.

I have owned Roku's since it came out over a decade ago, allowing free content on its platform as well as paid. It is a product made for Americans, free to watch what they want, from a local church in Idaho or Georgia to a train ride overseas or a mega-platform streaming service. And I love that is it the size of an AppleTV. But unlike AppleTV, Roku allows you to view things right down to the local level, from massive production products to simple talking heads at the heart of our free expression roots. And if I want great surround sound privacy, it has tiny headphones you can store in a small container by your chair. My only problem is with the hardware, the mute button right underneath where your hand picks up the remote. You would have thought someone would have tested that mute button's position on the remote and said, "Oops, that's not going to work." Hopefully the next version will fix that.
