Good product at a reasonable price! Very easy to set up.

I bought this to replace a Roku 3 that my dog tore up the power cord. It has all the same features and then some. I love the addition of the volume and power control to the remote as well as the headphone for private listening on the remote. I don’t need to replace the other Roku’s in my house but I am considering it after getting this.

Good device. Love the stream oppose to regular cable

I have been satisfied with Roku streaming devices in the past, but this is the first one I would describe as excellent. It has a very sharp picture, provides Dolby Atmos sound, and it supporst both HDR 10 and Dolby Vision. It is also very responsive. To me, this unit is a big step forward for Roku.

Love these! I had long since decided to standardize all 4 of my tv's to the Roku platform, but initially I chose the Roku Streaming Stick 4K+, but it didn't work with my legacy Logitech Harmony 700 remotes and these did. I also really like that these have an ethernet connection. Great picture and sound.

One very nice streamer and works easier and faster than my Sony Blue Ray player. It is just so easy to use and I would recommend this to anyone wanting one of the best Streaming service products. I always believe if you buy one get the best you can afford and never cut corners if you don't have to. I highly recommend this device!!!

High quality streaming! I like the ability to plug-in a LAN directly from my modem for a faster and more reliable internet connection. I purchased this device to replace my Google Chromecast. I have been very pleased so far! The picture quality and connection is just like cable TV. I wish I knew about Roku sooner!

Using the Spectrum App, loaded quicker than a Spectrum box reboot. I lose power and have to wait several minute's just to turn on. Once on, rhe box is quicker to change channels bit losing power during program the box tales so long you miss several minutes of the program. The Roku is much quicker. I love the aquarium screen saver.

I love it. Love the private listening mode. Love the shortcut buttons. Love how easy it is to find and watch the shows I want. Love the remote finder feature. Have used it several times already because I'm always losing everything. So much better and more reliable than the chromecast I had. Wish I had upgraded a long time ago.

Have a ROKU TV but needed an add on streaming device for my basement Sony 85" TV. Read many reviews and finally decided on this ROKU. Couldn't be happier does everything I want with no problem no dropouts, everything I need in a streaming device is here and it will be handled exceptionally.

Another win from BestBuy! While looking to move from our existing services to Streaming your assistance in explaining all the alternatives helped to ensure the product, a ROKU Ultra would not only meet our needs but exceed our expectations. My only problem was we waited so long to ask for help!!!

Purchased last month. Works well. Got this one because it has ethernet connectivity. Performance is good. I was looking forward to using the TV on/off and volume controls that come on the remote but cannot use them because I connect it to my a/v receiver, not directly to my TV. I believe many people have this configuration and am surprised that Roku didn't plan for this and enable at least the volume controls to work with a/v receivers. That's why I gave this four stars instead of five.

My new Roku Ultra is really fast. It definitely is an upgrade from my Roku wireless that I had previously. I really appreciate the pause function when you put streaming on hold. If on hold for too long it will keep your place and shut down the TV and Roku. Excellent.

Quick, easy setup. Performs faster than our previous Roku's. We do not yet have a 4K TV or Dolby atmos receiver, so I cannot comment on those features, but works well with our 1080p TV and 5.2 receiver. Wireless connection seems to work well so we have not hooked up ethernet like we did with previous units.

Wow, what a difference between this and the less expensive Roku's. The 4K is solid, the device is solid. Spend the extra money and enjoy a very responsive unit w/RF and/or app controlled remote. A little more than 1/2 the price of the Apple TV, cannot understand why someone would pay more for what this device offers.

Love that the remote has a mute button - old 2019 Roku Ultra didn't. Faster app loading and launching and Dolby Vision HDR, Dolby Atmos, and Bluetooth. The 2020 Roku includes a HDMI cable and batteries. Also included are the headphones which connect to the remote control. Improved WiFi speed over the 2019 version.
