HD definitely makes a Huge difference in visual quality. Especially if you have any updated 4K TV. Also this Roku list's each 4K movie and show you have available for high quality viewing. Nice purchase.

I have no idea why we do not buy this sooner... It is fantastically easy to use and the headphone feature is amazing (especially if you have different sleep patterns than your partner).

Love the new Roku Ultra, seem quite a bit faster switching between apps that my streaming stick plus. So far no complaints, works as designed. We cut the cord in October 2018 and haven’t looked back.

Best experience in streaming. I must admit, it's harder to watch anything now with the roku in streaming system. It's easier to navigate, more apps and overall experience.

Decided to upgrade from my 4K stick because after two years it was getting a little buggy, e.g. needing a reboot because of sound or picture problems. This has been great so far. Love the convenient headphone jack in the remote, which itself has a sturdier design. And the aquarium screen saver is a thing of beauty.

Easy installation. Remote is very easy to use, user friendly. I hooked it up in just a few minutes and have had no problems. My wife loves it compared to the firestick that this replaced.

If you want to break free of cable this is a fantastic option. Very reasonable price and the voice remote & headphone options are great. Works well with Alexa too.

I have a fires stick and Roku. I find Roku easier to use and organize. I now own 4 Roku's and one fire stick. I also like the Roku channel and all the extra news channels like OAN an Mewsmax.

Purchasing the Roku was a good choice. I was using my tv's wifi software and was slow to boot up. Roku is very quick and reliable. Uploading is a breeze.

Works perfectly! I have purchased several ROKU devices starting not long after they first became available. This model is by far the fastest and best working ever. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this thing!! Haven't stopped using it since I installed it. Only down side was the 4K setup. You need to have a 4K/8K connection or else you will be back down to 1080. Easy to use.

Overall it's ok, but I had a couple issues with my application. The main being when the video switches between 1080 and 4k. There isn't an option to leave it in one mode. This plays hell with my projector, since the projector see that that input cuts out and it want to go to sleep. The other issue I had was my Harmony remote or the Roku would lock up and become unresponsive randomly. This would happen anytime and could last up to 3 or 5 min. I did all kinds of research and updates with no solution. I finally got fed up with these to flaws and replaced it with an Apple 4k box. Another issue with this model is the ethernet is only 10/100, there's no reason to not have a gigabit in this other than cost. The audio is decent, the video was great even if 1080 content.

This new Roku is so much faster than my 2018 model, love it. I also love the find my remote on this device as my other devices don't have that feature. This was a nice improvement for the device.

absolute love Roku Ultra! Wish I bought it sooner. I workout in the basement a lot and needed something that would give me a lot of selection of shows and movies. Super easy to set up and use.

I LOVE my new Roku Ultra!! I switched internet and cable providers, and my new provider required this type of device to watch tv, but it's so much simpler to use and much more compact!

I haven’t gotten to travel with it yet, I know it’ll be a little more trouble, but think it’ll be worth it. This unit is so much better than my five year old stick it’s unbelievable.

Well designed product that's solidly constructed and very easy to install and use. Provides flawless steaming and very easy to add and manage available apps. Great way to avoid the cost of cable!

The Roku works well. Picture and sound quality are easily as good as the cable it replaced. One warning, with all the various channels available the streaming charges can add up if not careful.
