Overall the product is good. Had to return because the Roku couldn’t determine the resolution of my tv and would blank out randomly. If plugged into the tv rather than a hdmi switch you may not experience the same issue. I love Rokus interface.

I love all my roku products. My new one does cut out for one to two seconds a few times a week. It might be my internet but my roku prior to this one didn't do this. also if you leave the headphones plugged into the remote it drains the batteries even when not using the roku.

Had the scaled down Roku puk for last streaming device. Upgraded to Ultra and not regretting in the least especially that I can use Roku remote to control TV.

I have an older TV, smart, but not able to get Apple TV+. This enabled me to stream it. I Love that the remote turns my TV on, controls the volume, and has a mute.

I love this it is easy to install and set up and the headset is perfect for late-night tv after everyone else has gone to sleep and the voice command ability is just icing on the cake!

I love this device. Easy quick set up. Should have gotten one sooner. I did not have a smart TV and it allows me the option of so many streaming apps. So much better than cable TV.

We only use Roku.. you cannot beat it. This is the top tier unit. roku is the easiest for all my inlaws, my parents, and my kid to use. amazon fire tv is a bit too ad centric and its annoying.

I have had only Internet and purchased the ROKU 2020. I am very pleased with the availability of channels and movies. The unit was very easy to set up and took only a couple hours to get used to.

This is a great streaming device. I had the model 3 for many years and decided to purchase the Ultra when I purchased my 4K TV. Video and audio is very good. One thing that I like about Roku devices is they support them for many years, unlike many TVs, DVD and blu-ray devices. The Roku OS and most of its channels are constantly being updated (although channels are managed at the discretion of the third party owners). One issue I ran into initially was connecting this device to my LG TV. The video kept giving me errors. Make sure to connect it to the TVs appropriate HDMI port and use the correct speed HDMI cable based on what your TV can handle.

Easy to install and use. Lot's of wonderful free channels and trial offers come with it. Easy to watch favorite channels and your phone can work as a remote as well.

Very easy to use and paired well with my Samsung tv. Some skipping noticed but that could be my internet service. Install was easy. Would like resource to better show how to use its capabilities.

Love that I can plug in my ethernet to get consistent high quality streaming. Very easy to set up and supports all my apps that aren't necessarily available on other media players (xfinity)

Easy to install. Attached TV antenna for local stations. Saved $100 a month over Xfinity and I get the same stations, plus more. Two of my neighbors have now purchased after veiwing mine.

Great little media center for the price tag. This was the first time i'd ever used a roku and now i recommend them to everyone.

We had to get this for our living room TV due to having added some new streaming channels that were not available on our Smart TV, purchased 4-5 years ago. Easy to setup and no problems.

Does what it says it does. Many great and useful features. Very easy to set up and has great Wi-Fi range. I use this exclusively to stream programing and watch movies. Couldn't be happier.

Got rid of cable and with the Roku I am still able to watch many of the same shows and programs that I watched o cable TV through my streaming service.

Cut the cord not too long ago and already had a streaming device, but purchased the ROKU so I could stream NewsMax. Now I use the ROKU for all my streaming unless I'm watching Disney+.

We use these to eliminate our cable box and stream other services as well as from our NAS. They simply just work with no issues.

Nice device. Relatively easy to set up, though the instructions were a bit vague. Once you get it going, it is straightforward to use. Lots of options.
