Had a problem with the ROKU ULTRA 2020 making an audio feedback noise when I powered up my LG TV in the morning. The noise would the only audio heard until I would restart the system. I sent a email to ROKU but their response indicated they had not read or understood my issue. A call to BEST BUY put me in touch with Customer Service who listened to what my issue was and advised she would have someone call me back to provide assistance. I received a call from a very helpful BEST BUY staff who understood my issue and offered a possible solution. He recommended checking my HDMI connection and make sure it was connected to either the HDMI 1 or 2 port as the LG TV have an additional port. Work's great. Setup was very easy. It has alot of option to choose from as far as platforms that you can utilize. I purchased this for the as a trial to see how everyone in the house would like it. So far so good fir tge price

Roku is the best streaming platform, and this is their best player. I like this because it has an ethernet port and it supports Dolby Vision

The newer Roku works fine - picture and sound are very good. But I'm disappointed in the speed. The description of it said it was faster with better WI-Fi connection than the previous version. But it isn't. I just did a speed test on my internet: my laptop via WI-Fi got 227 Mbps, my older Roku (2019) via WI-Fi got 134 Mbps, but this newer Roku (2020) via ETHERNET only got 87 Mbps. Granted, that is an adequate speed to stream 4K UHD, but still, you would think a newer Roku connected by Ethernet would be faster than an older model connected by WI-Fi.

If you are looking for a streaming device This is the one you want. The free content is great and the ease of setup and use is second to none.

I’ve been using Rokus since the first gen, and they keep getting better and better. This is my first model with the remote finder (which is awesome) and replacing a model that’s about 4 years old - not that it needed it, I just wanted to, because they seem to last forever. They now support AirPlay (which is about the last differentiated feature from my AppleTV that I was using), and the only thing that sucks is they don’t have the HBOMax app yet (though you can sign into the normal HBO app, and this is probably more AT&T’s fault than Roku).

Set up was very easy. Can stream many apps. Ear buds for watching without disturbing anyone not watching the tv.

Love Roku, it is easy to use. I have been using Roku for years. Like when they update it especially wifi.

This is now the third Roku Ultra that I have purchased. They are attached to my smart TVS as it is so much easier to navigate the home screen.

Of course it is nothing new to say the Roku Ultra is arguably the best streaming device available (for most people). In terms of features it's hard to even nitpick, even the addition of the voice remote with headphone jack gives it the best remote for any streaming device available. However, if you were trying to find a streaming device with one or two specific features and were left with no choice besides the Roku Ultra, then it's frustrating to have to pay $100 just because of one or two things. All I wanted was the cheapest streaming device (any brand) with a built in ethernet port and a guest mode. Frustratingly the Roku Ultra seems to have been the only one and/or cheapest option. It works great! No complaints, just wish Roku added an ethernet port to other devices as well

Easy setup and excellent integration with our Comcast services. The Roku experience is easy and that goes a long way.

Very satisfied with our ROKU device. Easy to set up. A shortcoming is windup sometimes when watching movies - easily solved by unplugging and replugging device. Also position of sound controls on controller can be a bit annoying.

Love this. I got this product because its the only way I can watch daily wire movies on my TV at home.
