A very powerful streaming media player, with lots of useful features, once you get past the hurdles of set up and locking in certain subscriber accounts. The method of typing in certain input is a bit awkward since you have to use the scroll method for selecting each character and/or number and doing capitalization. But once you're past those hurdles, the unit really works like a champ, and the amazing world of Roku Ultra opens up with great video quality. It's really eye opening for someone who's never seen Roku before.

Good product and lot of app choices in the Roku echo system. We had the previous one without the Ethernet port, but after buying this we have hooked it up to the Ethernet and the picture quality is miles better.

Would have been five stars if not for picture blacking out, will not return unless you back out completely and reload the show. The picture looks great and sound is clear. Also the download speed is much faster than previous models.

Replaced my older Roku and this works great. I plugged it into my TV and all my streaming channels were still there.

We have been a Roku household for many years and added the 2020 Ultra as an up-grade as well as a gift of self love considering the year.

I'm not watching TV very often, but this ROKU works perfectly for me. No extra charge for cable TV.

I bought the roku for my parents so they watch movies or tv show they want. It was easy to set up good quality easy to use.

Nice features, runs all the TV streaming apps I want (Netflix, Hulu, HBOmax, etc.). The remote works well with all my TVs I've hooked it up to. This is my second unit. Bought the 1st several years ago and still works great. My only complaint is that my apps seem to freeze out frequently and I have to restart the app or channel. I'm not sure if this an issue with the Roku unit, the app or something else. I have it plugged in direct to the modem/router so it shouldn't be a connection issue. Otherwise we love both of our Rokus. The remote is great. Don't need the TV remote at all. When the kids and wife go to sleep I plug in some headphones and can listen/watch anything without bothering the sleeping beauties!

Since my first Roku device was no longer being updated(purchased in 2011), I chose to purchase the Roku Ultra. Easy set-up, seamlessly linked to my Roku account. All my previous channels were downloaded onto the new device. Some channels required signing in again to the accounts and others did not. A faster processor allows for transitioning from channel to channel quickly. A plus is the Roku remote replaces your television remote. You can navigate using the voice command and set up short cuts to two channels.

Decided to upgrade my old Roku Premiere Plus to this bc it has Dolby Atmos. Great little player with everything you need.

Absolutely love this! Saves me money on ridiculous cable prices and I can literally control everything with my remote and or phone !

Works very well, set up was simple, connection to internet smooth, quality of pictures and sound great and voice command works

I have owned many amazon cubes, but the Roku for performance seems the best. II took off 1 star since I cant connect to other devices like a sound bar so still need 2 remotes for full control.

I can see why this device has a great rating it works great and easy to set up and use . I am enjoying streaming all my content.

I enjoy the ease of operating the Roku. There are lots of apps and more coming I bought another one a few weeks after I got this one.

Roku - Ultra 2020 is a great device. Did not take too long to figure how to connect it. Once connected, it brought smiles to my face!

Intuitive interface. Looks great on my 75" 4K TV. Love the option to use earbuds so as not to disturb anyone during late night viewing.
