There’s a time limit for online registering/setting passwords/etc. so have your credit card handy. One problem is the volume - our usual tv volume is not adequate for any ROKU films etc so we must turn it up almost as high as it will go. If we don’t remember to turn the volume back down when done with ROKU, we’re blasted out of our seats with regular tv programs.

The biggest drawback is the remote. Button placement and design are poor. The remote does not have backlight and the side buttons are easy to hit when not trying. Just for that reason - I knocked off a star or two. The price is reasonable compared to others - but the feature set is also in line with the cost. You get what you pay for. But they could have easily improved on their remote.

Using this on 2nd TV - Why spend ANOTHER $179-199 ( I own the $199 model - no issues ) when I get this for $80 bones “on sale” .. I also like there’s a SKIP option when registering the Roku no need to enter credit card - years ago I think that was not a optional - item - course I may be wrong .. I’m waiting to see if the “ ear buds” still have the REMOTE BATTERY drain ISSUE - it had in days past..
