New to Roku and still learning the ins and outs of its operation. So far enjoying it very much and it is fairly intuitive. Like that I can access many different streaming formats from one unit. We were using an older wifi DVD player to stream before and the Roku blows that out of the water. We saw a definitive increase in the clarity and resolution of the programming on 2 different tvs, one 1080p and also a 4k. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Strong WiFi, much better than Roku "stick". Very quick & smooth. Otherwise, refined from last years model.

What a sleek device and it comes with a remote, HDMI cable and ear buds. One of 2020's finest inventions. Who wouldn't want to plug in their ears directly into their streaming device ?!?!

It does what I wanted it to do; gets Amazon Prime, Netflix, Kanopy, Pandora, etc

Easy set up. I bought because i wanted to be able to cast and mirror to a not smart tv. It worked!!

Overall I like the Roku products over any of the other plug in media source players. I bought this Roku for my 70 year old father. The only problem he has with the device is that the volume button/mute on the remote is on the side and he consistently hit the mute button because of where it’s at. If that button was on the top of the remote there would be no issues at all with the product. Overall it is everything that was expected.

Excellent streaming device. Be aware before you purchase that you have to download most of the apps that you want to access or open to watch your content... like YouTube, Vudu, Pandora and others. It is not difficult to do, just don't expect them all to be there. Netflix and Amazon Prime are already there. Watch the tutorial video that is on the Roku device for helpful tips on how to use the Roku device. Good Luck

Roku works great. Easy to figure out. A great way to save money from your cable company

Worth the extra money to get the Ultra. Many extra features that make it worth it. A far better remote.

Very easy to setup connected to Wi-Fi with no problems does great streaming

Not worth the markup for an Ethernet port, but it’s foolish to stream 4K content over WiFi, so here we are! An optional optical Out would be nice as well, since this is the premium model.

2nd Roku ultra. First one went 3 problem free years. This one replaced the old model we had (the OLD one started having minor "signal not found" issues when turning on the receiver, had to replug HDMI cable each time we wanted to use it, would work fine other than that). Really loved the first one, loving this one even more with Atmos Vision support and seems to accept inputs a little faster. Plus buying on sale didn't hurt

Its fast and works perfect even if it is not as portable as the stick , I prefer it to the stick
