The mute button is right where you inadvertently, which means often, mute the sound when selecting channels and shows.

Volume and Atmos issues solved!

First, the Roku Ultra 2020 supports Atmos on Netflix and other apps. AFAIK, this is the only Roku model that supports Atmos on Netflix. Second, there are discussions that volume for this model is too low. A fix for this is to use Pass Through in Settings so that your AV receiver or soundbar would do the decoding. Once, setup up, you won't have anymore issues with Atmos.
