Negates the need for a cable box. Wi-Fi connection works very well so long as the signal is good. CONS: Sometimes difficult to determine where/how to get live TV. For example, impossible to get CNBC live without a cable provider subscription. Takes work to find live sports coverage (The Open, Olympics, etc.).
