Frustrating model from Roku

Everything sounds quiet compared to the previous Roku - Ultra that I was using with the same TV and same soundbar. I was able to improve some of the sound issues by setting things to "passthrough" but overall, it's so quiet that I'm frustrated. I might put the old model back on the TV.

Many people who also have this type of smart TV have stated that they bought a ROKU to go with their TV, and that now they are much happier because they are able to watch a whole movie or program without interruptions, signal-dropping, etc. The only thing I'm having trouble with right now is that when I turn it off, it doesn't turn off the program that is streaming, so I have to ensure that I've backed out of the movie before I turn off the ROKU.
