This Roku performs its main function well, which is to stream video. However, the remote control layout differs from previous Roku versions, so it's easy to hit the wrong button in the dark. Also, the "Siri" capability works up to a point. It give a good list, but when you select an item from the list that is playing on a streaming source (Roku app) that you have installed, you still have to navigate the app to find your selected item instead of jumping directly to it.

The Roku Ultra has many things going for it, but to me the picture quality is slightly better on the Fire TV.

Roku is so intuitive and easy to use. I mainly choose Roku so I can access CBS ALL Access

The Roku itself is great. Very fast. Some of the major apps are not as good as fire though.

This my third Roku best for watching a lot of streaming tv. The stick got hot and locked up.

We use this as a replacement for our cable. We love watching movies and we use many of the different programs on it such as VUDU, Netflix, & Amazon. The only minor issue I have is sometimes with kids the remote gets dropped and the batteries come out. When I put the batteries back in the remote doesn't normally reconnect even if I push the pairing button on the roku and am standing directly in front of it. I end up having to unplug the roku each time.

We just purchased a 65" LG OLED 4k TV and to be able to capture the spectacular 4k views having a Roku is a must. Since Comcast (our cable provider) doesn't have any 4k channels, using your your roku to be able to experience your TV in true 4K is a must. Plus it is so easy to navigate through and watch everything from Hulu to Netflix. Until cable catches up with TV pictures, you will need devices such as Roku.

I would recommend the Ultra Roku to anyone! It is better than any cable has ever been!

Bought this when I upgraded my TV to a 4k hdr and I love it. It's priced right and does an amazing job with m TV. One of the best things I love about it is the direct buttons that bypasses the menu page and the ability to plug head phones into the remote. I use my beats head phones and the remote doesn't disappoint. i thought the sound might be wimpy but it's not. I'll be buying more for my other TVs.

Roku has been amazing! We have cut cable and do not feel like we are missing a thing!
