    It seems Roku has went to a network remote. The pairing went fine but every time the box goes to sleep, the remote fails to wake or work. You pair again, works fine and when the box goes to sleep, the same thing happens. Roku tech support is not helping and the replacement remote does the same thing. The only thing that works is the phone app. It works great, but that's not what I bought and paid for.
