    When we were looking for a streaming device, it came down to the Roku and the Fire TV. We really wanted to like this but some things just made this much less enjoyable such as lack of 4K channels and random crashes. Still waiting on that stability update from Roku. Some nice things about the Roku: it's small size can fit just about anywhere, it's fanless, NewsON channel for local news.

    Forget the smart tvs, need to have a roku. Have one for every room, must have for cable cutters

    Streaming speed is good with a brand new AT&T router. Sometimes it lags a little, but it's rare.
