Did not purchase and have made repeated attempts to get Best Buy to separate my account from someone else's. Great company that can't fix something so simple so I continue to get emails about someone else's purchases and worry if there being added to my account. Good job.

Great alternative to cable television. Much more economical.

I have a 4K tv,and this latest version of Roku is great.the only problem I have is that the user interface needs a upgrade.navigation is sometimes confusing.and also there should be more 4K material since that's their main selling point for the upgrade.but overall it's a good buy.

A number of times the show would only display in the top right hand corner of the screen until I went to the home menu and relaunched the app. (Netflix Hulu) I had screen flashes on my Samsung 4K suhd 65 inch curved screen tv until I disabled hdr via settings. The remote unpaired from the base until I rebooted the box by pulling the power. Once plugged back in the unit worked. In summary: HDR needed to be permanently disabled and there are on going intermittent video playback issues. When the roku works it's fine (if you kill hdr). But there will be times you will need to reboot the box or an app to get it to work. I only use Netflix and Hulu. I also cannot get rid of my Apple TV because the roku is too unreliable to depend on.

I love the Roku, but 4K has to be reset when starting up Netflix. Run the Roku to a 4k Denon receiver and then to a 4k Vizio TV. I don't have this issue with the Xbox or Samsung 4K Blu Ray that also go to the receiver and then the TV. Roku needs a software fix.

I love it. Works perfectly. I always loved Samsung.

The ROKU runs good but recently it turns off by itself

Definitely get more out of the Roku than with cable

good 4k but no different than the Roku Premier. only difference is the talk button on the remote and that gets in the way when you mean to mute, annoying. Stay with the Premier at the lower cost. Same 4k, same picture for less money.

After a year of working reliably, I now have to do a factory reset every day for the Roku to output a video signal. I'm going to replace it because it's better (in my opinion) when working, than other 4K streaming devices.
