it was actually a geat produce, but after a few weeks it start having different problems

Newer model much better. This older model limited with faults. Roku's are great

in preparation of a new tv purchase bought this item. remote ok button moved so be ready.

I had a Roku once before and loved it's ease of setup because I'm not a techie. This one is a bit more difficult and after trying for a while the first night, resorted to support. That yielded no help at all. Seven days later, I'm still struggling and don't know if it's me, the Roku, or my internet, and support has been worthless.

Having issues with Ruko , can't use with my AV receiver... No menu no nothing ...

No much difference from the anterior Roku. If you have xbox one dont need this

Needed to get 4K streaming to compliment my new 4K TV. After reading online reviews for different products, opted for the new Roku. It worked flawlessly - I especially like the voice search option.

THE UNPAID STATIONS BLAIR SOUND WHEN IT FEELS LIKE IT BLOWING YOUR EAR DRUMS OUT!!!. I BOUGHT THE ONE THAT HAD THE PROTECTION FROM THIS OUTRAGEOUS SOUND AND VERY LOW SOUNDS TOO BUT IT DOES NOT DO A THING TO CORRECT THE ISSUES AT ALL. NOT RECOMMENDED.

bought this unit expressly for 4k HDR on streaming services of Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. after being unable to get 4k and HDR simultaneously i checked Roku's site for help. their forum is stacked with irate customers who purchased this unit and cannot get it to perform for the reason one would purchase it, 4k HDR. there is no acknowledgement of a problem by Roku, and thus no 'fix' in sight. thankfully the good folks at Best Buy allowed me to return this not-ready-for-prime-time dog of a unit.

Got this one 2 month before and now I am facing issues, it hangs daily and restarts. I had before Roku 2 & 3 they never had any issues so I upgraded this to Ultra but I think I made mistake by upgrading it.

Have to enter credit card to get started. Not necessary. Could use paypal or something less intrusive. Too complicated, too expensive. Fire TV is better.

This thing didn't work for me. I had to return it back to store. I had to factory reset multiple time and UHD was very buggy. Finally brought Xbox one s, coz it also got a UHD disk drive.

I purchased this item with the hopes of getting out of the stranglehold of the cable company. Unfortunately I also had to purchase an antenna to receive local channels, I was only able to acquire about 33 channels and they were primarily either in Spanish or they were religious channels. With the Roku it seemed that in order to get any decent movie channels you had to sign up for a subscription service which defeats the purpose of trying to get out from under the cost of cable. Returned the item and going to bite the bullet and return to cable.

Hooked up and setup everything. Worked for a week. then the remote had to be paIred each time you used it. Changed batteries and same deal. Then box would stop responding.

I own several Roku devices and have had a great deal of success until this one. there are 2 issues: Sound is cut off at the start of streaming unlike the Roku 3 I had prior. It crashes 1-2x a day when trying to assimilate to 4k HDR content, what I bought it for. Really bad with Netflix. Someone mentioned this seems like a Beta version, I agree. I am crossing my fingers that they will fix these problems with an update. I would steer clear until they iron these problems out.

This product glitches fairly frequently and needs to be restarted. Sometimes it gives and error and some time it shows up as 2 duplicate screens.

Don't bother... buy an Amazon FireTV instead. There are more apps and games for it and costs a lot less.
