The iron is not too heavy, heats up pretty quickly, and does a nice ironing job.

It works as advertised. It's an iron. Haven't had it long enough yet to have had many issues.

This iron works in magical ways. Steam is so powerful even I was scared when I pressed it accidentally. Plates get hot enough really fast so no waiting around. If you are using high steam option make sure you check the water level frequently since you will be using it pretty fast. All in all its a smart iron with some cool features. It worth the money to make you less frustrating when ironing.

I have owned several Rowenta Irons over the years and all seem to last about 2 years and then die,, they start spitting out water all over whatever you are ironing. My irons do get a lot of use because I am a seamstress. This one is a good iron, has great steam, but it is giving me lots of problems now and I have had it less than 2 years. I emptied the reservoir after each use which is suppose to help prolong the life, cleaned it periodically as per instructions, kept the sole plate clean, but yet it spits water everywhere and now there is apparently a loose connection in the cord right up where it connects to the iron which causes it to turn itself off and then POUR water all over the place. I guess they just don't make irons like they used to. Even with all these issues, they are the best irons I have used, the steam is great, the verticle steam is very handy and they seem sturdy built., but they just don't last more than 2 years and for the price they should.

I had nothing but problems with this iron. It is supposed to be anti drip. But it leaks every time I iron. And just few days back the cord is not working properly. Now the iron stopped working. Contacted rowenta and they said I was using wrong type of water that's why it leaked. Worst product and customer service ever.
