These are great for someone who wants some good sounding truely wireless earbuds for there everyday life. The only complaint I have is that you can only use the right earbud by its self, you cant use the left earbud on its own which is something many people would like to have in a pair of wirless earbuds.

These cordless ear buds have the best sound of any I have used. I do recommend you download the Rowkin app to your phone and you can tailor the sound to your liking; I liked the extra bass setting best. The app can also locate your ear buds so if you lose them jogging or in the house it will show you the location. This model of Rowkin buds has a new ribbed design that ensures the ear buds stay put while jogging and they did work great. I do recommend as you put them in your ear to slightly twist them gently back and forth once to ensure they are seated. They did not hurt my ears during 30 minutes of jogging. I also had them on for a movie after I paired them with my SlingAir TV box and after 90 minutes no discomfort at all. Some Rowkin buds have an option for ear hooks. I found out from Rowkin support that this model does not use the ear hooks (some call wings) to help keep the buds in while jogging. Indeed they are not needed due to the aforementioned ribbed design. I’d also mention that I sent off an email to Rowkin support to get the answer on the ear hooks and immediately got a confirmation of my submission and a half an hour later I had an answer – very nice support. They come with a Qi wireless charging pad and a USB C cord, and a charging case. The quality is superb. You can charge the case and the earbuds at the same time (they’ll get over 3 hours per charge), and then you can use the charged-case to re-charge the buds on the fly, for over 50 more hours of listening. The charging can be done directly via the USB C (nice to have the USB C) cable or you can put the buds in the charger and use the Qi wireless pad. An adapter is included to convert one end of the USB C cable to the common USB size. I’d recommend you print the user manual from the Rowkin website to learn about all the features, but basically these earbuds wake up and connect to each other when you remove them from the case; and will then pair to your phone very easily. A few different size rubber cups come with it so you can be sure to fit your ear properly. By the way, their website allows you to select over 100 languages to browse in. The sound was really fantastic and I plan to use these to listen to my TV so as not to disturb others. I very highly recommend this product. The device and the support are both first rate.

Rowkin never fails to keep me satisfied with their products. I had the bit charge for some time and one of the ear buds quit working. I wanted to exchange for another pair but the bit charge have been discontinued and I was worried I would not find another pair that would compare. I love the charging case and the capability to use one earbud at a time. I tried so many other wireless earbuds but none of them fit my high standards and when it comes to headphones, I will not settle for less. I should’ve gone with the Rowkin’s Ascent Charge Plus to begin with. I’m going to stick with Rowkin for a long time.

Honestly I knew these weren’t AirPods going in, but it’s so hard to get the same quality and convenience from other wireless buds. If you’re just using these for music or podcasts they’re great. Would not recommend if you’re using them to create content on the go.

Great earbuds, small enough to not get noticed and the fact that you can continue to charge earbuds in it's own carrying case is also a huge plus.

These earbuds are well designed and come in a clever case, which also can double as a charger. To charge the case, you can either plug in in via the USB port, or place on the enclosed Qi charger. Also, 3 different sizes of ear tips to ensure the buds fit properly in your ear. When you get them charged and Bluetooth connected to your smart phone or tablet, you are ready for some good listening. The sound quality is very good, and the buds are comfortable to wear. On the other side of the equation, there are negatives: 1. There are absolutely no set up instructions that come with the device. You must login to the Rowkin website for all information as to setup and operation. 2. If you any other questions, try the FAQs. I had a question as to compatibility with Amazon Echo devices, so I sent an onsite email to inquire. Two days later, I still have no reply; so, I must presume the Ascent is not Echo compatible. Echo is my primary music source; and, via Bluetooth, it allows me to listen to music remotely on my deck either by remote speaker or earbuds. So, this is a big negative for me, and it doesn’t reflect well regarding customer service. 3. I was able to easily Bluetooth pair with my Android phone. However, in attempting to connect to my Android tablet, I found that for the pairing to be successful, I had to remove the buds from my list of Bluetooth items on my phone. Whereas, I have other wireless speakers that have been paired with more than one device, and I have no issues. To listen to whichever device I choose at a particular time, I simply pull up the speaker name in the Bluetooth setting on whichever music source I want, and it pairs. The Ascent doesn’t appear to work that way. 4. The online info says there is a charge status indicator on the carrying case. There is, but it does not work unless the case is connected with the Qi charger, which must be plugged in to a power source itself. Also, relative to charging, there is a short USB cable and a short USB adapter cable, however, there is no adaptor for plugging into an electrical outlet. 6. The rings on the buds can fall off, but, if one does, it is easily reinstalled. They are very small, so be careful with them at each use. In summary, the Ascent Charge+ buds provide very good listening, which won’t be happening if you want to use an Echo device. Also, if you have issues trying to get set up and you can’t find an answer in the FAQs, you are apparently not going to get any other assistance. Because of the sound quality, I would recommend it, so long as the issues were understood.

Tried these on my road to finding the perfect buds. They were fine until i had them in for more than 10 minutes - after that, they were actually painful. Which is a shame because they sounded good.

They been working great at work. I listen to books on my 12 hour shift. The battery last 3 to 6 hours before I switch to the other ear (I only use one at a time and pause a lot) and this has been great. The battery pack seems bottomless I change it ones a week about 3 or 4 working days for me. Sometimes they have come out of my ear but not often, and I wear earmuff style hearing protection that catch it if it does. All & all I have been very happy with my choice to get these wireless earbuds.

these sound very good, when they are in tight. unfortunately, the angle at which they are made causes it to be nearly impossible to get them in correctly, and they tend to start to slip when jogging, if they aren't in JUST right.

I’m really sad that these headphones have been discontinued. They have been by far the best headphones I’ve owned. I bought one for my brother and my mother. They both absolutely love the headphones. I hope ROWKIN is working on a new pair so that I can buy those whenever these ones go out due to normal wear and tear
